Excelente ubicacion, preciosas las habitaciones, el personal muy amable, la chica de limpieza super amable y respetuosa, tienen muy buen desayuno, tenemos que mencionar a la srita de las tortillas que hace al momento, es excelente, muy buena vista al mar, en general es bueno. La experiencia fue linda

No me encanto que solo funcionaba un elevador, esperar subir o bajar demoraba demasiado. También no me encanto que para desayunar habia lista de espera de 30 minutos en sabado. No siempre es asi

Fue una estancia cómoda y agradable. No tuvimos ninguna molestia.
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, el área de la alberca agradable, y generalmente fue una estancia placentera.

Cons:

No se podía modificar el modo del aire acondicionado y se sentía muy húmeda la habitación. Se entiende porque está en frente del mar, pero un modo deshumidificador sería muy útil. Fuera de eso todo muy agradable.

La ubicación próxima al mar y a restaurantes.

Cons:

A la par hay un desagüe del agua , deberían cubrir, hacer una calle acceso sobre el para mejorar la apariencia del hotel.

Other than the location nothing else is worth.

The location is great.

Cons:

I can’t say it was not clean, however the smell of chlorine was way to much, the hotel lack ambiance, look like a dorm from a school, at night there’s no hot water, the phone to call reception gets turned off at night, who wants to come down 12 floors to talk to someone, absolutely no amenities, TV is basic cable and in Spanish, no smart TV even is shown on the remote, staff other than the security people (great attitude when I arrive and helpful to their bones) is not other than basic, no smiles, not helpful, is not my style to complain but this time believe me is well deserved.

Lo que más me gustó fue que tengan camastros en la playa..

Cons:

La tarjeta del elevador se desconfiguro y tuve que ir a recepción. De inmediato lo solucionaron.
