Pros:

I liked that it was clean and their breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didnt like as soon as I went to check in the receptionist told me I needed to pay again after I had already paid in full. I didnt like that she told my daughter she would get electrocuted if she got near the pool because their pool had been down for over a month. She could have just said the pool is out of service. The situation of all was their bed was so uncomfortable we couldnt sleep from having so much discomfort of the bed. I got the hotel room simply for needing a night's rest from an all day softball tournament and didnt want to drive back hours home from being tired. I could feel the medal springs in the bed! If it wasnt for that I could have let the rest go and let it be. Definitely won't try this hotel at this area again in risk of getting the same room with the same bed. I cant speak on all of their beds because I simply wasn't in any other rooms but I promise that was the worst! Definitely not worth the price either!

The staff was nice

Cons:

Nowhere on the site does it say how much you will be charged for a pet. We were there because I had to get to my daughter because of a ice storm in Tennessee. She had a baby and was in the hospital. We had our dog and was there 12 hrs and was charged $75. Not again. My socks were black from the floor.

Pros:

I reserved the room with the understanding I would be bringing one cat. I am only actually using the room tonight and did not bring the cat. They charged me 50 dollars tonight even though the cat never came with me. I am in a King bdrm. Haven't slept in the bed yet but the lounge chair in the room is very comfortable. Since the cat was never in the hotel, I don't want to pay a cat fee. What can I do?

Cons:

Being charged a cat fee when the cat did not come with me to the hotel. My home is without power and I would like to extend my stay for additional days. I am fine with paying a cat fee BUT only if the cat stays in the hotel with me. The hotel booking system is down tonight so I may have to check on that tomorrow. Can you help?

It was close to the Hospital. The staff was nice.

Floor in the bathroom was dirty. Dirty cleaning cloths in bathroom. Charged $75 pet fee for one night stay that was not stated in the listing.

Exceptional stay would definitely stay again when I’m in the area
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. It was nice to come home after a long day of work and being in a peaceful quiet environment.

Cons:

Only small complaint was the mattresses were not that comfortable, but that just could be me used to my own..

Great location, dog friendly but needs help in the bed department.
Pros:

It was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was great for our needs-close the restaurants and family. We appreciate how dog friendly they were.

Cons:

The beds were too hard for our liking. The pillows were too squishy and didn’t hold your head up.

Great location good value. Very nice staff.
Pros:

The laundry on 3rd floor was very much appreciated as we had to extend our stay. It was. a pleasant surprise to have it available.
Staff and manager were great!!
We will stay again when we return.

Cons:

The privacy door hanger kept falling off whenever we opened the door.
