Que c’était en face de la mer et bien placé.
C’était sale , la nourriture vraiment horrible , le personnelle désagréable , trop chère pour ses que c’est.
We liked proximity to the beach and ot was generally quiet & peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for. Rooms were spacious with great sea view. Food was okay but repeated, but in accordance with price. Front desk (reception staff) was very kind. Spa & hamam experience on site was also great & as well as pool.
Food offer should be more versatile(speaking from day to day) & refills should be done if it’s still time slot for a meal without guests asking for it.
Kitchen staff and busser was alright, but the older man serving at the bar was very rude & unprofessional - it seems like he hates this job and bothers guests with eye rolling & unnecessary rude comments & behavior, with waiting for like 15 minutes in average(waiting queue only made because there’s nobody in bar).
Suggestion for busser staff would be to maybe catch up with basics of english, they don’t speek english at all, not even word.
Cleaning staff yelled at us to get out of room at 8 am on our last day, even when check out is scheduled at 11 or 12 am. Please consider possibility of doing floors everyday because of sand.

Hotels.com sayesinde uygun fiyata ayarladığım bu tatilden memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Otel odaları temizdi. Klima ve duşta sorun yaşamadık. Fakat otelin yemekleri lezzetli değildi ve çoğunlukla öğle ve akşam yemekleri aynıydı. Et türü yemeklerden uzak durmaya çalıştım.
Bar çalışanının hizmet ile ilgili eğitim almaya ihtiyacı var. Güler yüzden yoksun, hizmet etmeye yüksünen bir çalışandı. Her şey dahilin içindeki Soft içecekler soğuk değildi.
Zaten barmen yüksünerek veriyordu. 3-4 gündür dışarda bekleyen kolalar gazozlar veriliyor.
Az elhelyezkedés mindenképpen nagyon jó, közel a tenger, a teraszunk tengerre néző volt, ami páratlan élményt nyújtott! A szoba megfelelt erre a néhány napra, bár kisebb voltak kényelmetlenségek. A délutáni ingyenes bár is jó ötlet, hangulatos volt kiülni és két fürdőzés között hidratálni.
Az all inclusive ételek változatosságának hiánya! Ettünk jókat, de túl sokszor volt csirke, első reggelinkkor volt palacsinta, akkor nem ettem mondván majd másik nap, de többször nem volt így erről lemaradtam! A választék első 1-2 nap még bőségesnek tűnt a végére nagyon egyhangú lett.
Overall this could be a great hotel however it's not .... The rooms are relatively small which isn't really a problem since you have a bed, air conditioning,an old tv,a fridge...a balcony even, these are the good parts when it comes to the room however in some cases there are problem with the AC and shower... also the fridge is not working in some of the rooms but we solved that after we notified the staff , they fixed it so that's good too. The food is also great from times to times , nothing to complain about if we are to take into consideration the price that we paid for this hotel... The beer is also great ... The one thing that isn't woking here is part of the staff.. The very arrogant man from the bar is ruining everything.. he is rude , unprofessional, you can say hi,how are you ... ? Thank you .. he will never respond and he will treat you with disrespect everytime..as if you did something bad to him... Please get rid of him , everybody is sick of that guy , all the people that I talked with from the hotel had the same experiences with him.

It wasn't as expected, the room wasn't that clean, not to mention that no one came to clean the whole week. The food was about the same every day, some things that were at lunch were also in the evening
