Her şey süperdi!
Pros:

Bu oteli büyükanne ve büyükbabam için rezervasyon yaptırdım ve bundan daha memnun kalamazdık. Konaklamalarından çok keyif aldılar; samimi atmosfer, mükemmel hizmet ve otelin temizliği onları gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Her şey kusursuz şekilde organize edilmişti ve otel personeli her zaman ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Özellikle otelin bizimle olan iletişimini çok takdir ettim - hele ki Hacı bey‘e çok teşekkür ederiz. Büyükannem ve büyükbabam otelden ayrıldıklarında bize bilgi verildi, bu sayede hiçbir endişe duymadık. Ayrıca otel, en başından itibaren onların kendilerini rahat ve huzurlu hissetmeleri için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapacaklarını belirtti ve gerçekten de bunu fazlasıyla başardılar.

Konaklamaları sadece bir gece sürmüş olsa da kendilerini her zaman güvende, değerli ve çok iyi ağırlanmış hissettiler. Bu harika konaklama için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Beklentilerimizin üzerinde güzellikte bir hafta sonu tatili oldu.
Pros:

Basta Buse hanım olmak üzere tüm ekip çok iyiydi. Yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve işlerini çok iyi bir şekilde yerine getiriyorlardı. Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok güzeldi. Sayelerinde çok keyifli bir hafta sonu tatili geçirdik. Ayrıca, Konya da gerçekten çok güzel bir şehir, herkese hem oteli hem de Konya’yı tavsiye ediyoruz.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff made it very enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff were super nice and accommodating, the hostess Buse was super friendly and helpful, I recommend the place and i give it a 10.

Cons:

I can't say that I didn't like anything about the hotel or the staff.

If I had to choose again I would NOT stay here for the price. Not 5 star quality

Nothing, except that it was a place to sleep one night.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty poor; poor selection and the taste wasn’t good. The room condition wasn’t Five star level of comfort. It was realistically speaking 3.5 at most. Shower selection would not stay in rainshower and had to be held to keep it there, and shower stall edges had black Mould growing, and was quite “icky”.

Cons:

Не работал бассейн, спа и фитнес, хотя это был основной критерий выбора отеля для нас, при бронировании номера информация об этом отсутствовала, мы узнали от этом только при заселении. Очень плохая шумоизоляция в номере, wi-fi очень слабый. Номер требует ремонта.

При заселении в отель, нас сразу приветствовала девушка, менеджер Буссе. Мы несколько раз обращались к Буссе с разными просьбами по комфортному проживанию в отеле и все наши просьбы были учтены. По нашей просьбе нас поселили на высоком этаже, и из номера открывался красивый вид на ночные огни Коньи. Панорамные окна на всю стену позволяли насладиться вечерами ночной жизнью города. Очень понравились разнообразные завтраки из качественных продуктов. Свежие фрукты и овощи, много орехов и сухофруктов. Есть из чего выбрать. Порадовала и спа-зона. Отличный бассейн, чистый и ухоженный. Сауна с горячей температурой, что редкость. И работающая паровая комната. Спа-зона работала до 23 часов - очень удобно расслабиться после насыщенной экскурсионной программы по городу. В отеле всё понравилось, будем выбирать этот отель при поездке в Конью! :)
