При заселении в отель, нас сразу приветствовала девушка, менеджер Буссе. Мы несколько раз обращались к Буссе с разными просьбами по комфортному проживанию в отеле и все наши просьбы были учтены. По нашей просьбе нас поселили на высоком этаже, и из номера открывался красивый вид на ночные огни Коньи. Панорамные окна на всю стену позволяли насладиться вечерами ночной жизнью города. Очень понравились разнообразные завтраки из качественных продуктов. Свежие фрукты и овощи, много орехов и сухофруктов. Есть из чего выбрать. Порадовала и спа-зона. Отличный бассейн, чистый и ухоженный. Сауна с горячей температурой, что редкость. И работающая паровая комната. Спа-зона работала до 23 часов - очень удобно расслабиться после насыщенной экскурсионной программы по городу. В отеле всё понравилось, будем выбирать этот отель при поездке в Конью! :)

Vi havde desværre et meget skuffende ophold på dette hotel. Om morgenen havde en medarbejder været på vores værelse og glemt at lukke døren, så den stod åben hele dagen, mens vi var væk. Det var ekstremt ubehageligt at komme tilbage om aftenen til et værelse, der havde stået åbent i mange timer – og vi fik ikke engang en ordentlig undskyldning.

Derudover var der store problemer med vinduet i vores værelse. Det var utæt, så man kunne høre alt trafikstøj udefra, og om aftenen var der meget høj livemusik i hotellets gård/restaurant, som kunne høres næsten som om man stod ved siden af. Da vi ringede til receptionen, fik vi blot at vide, at musikken stoppede kl. 00:00 – men problemet var jo selve vinduet.

Vi bad om et nyt værelse, fordi vi havde haft en lang rejse og bare ville have ro til at sove. Alligevel skulle vi vente længe, og igen blev der ikke givet nogen reel undskyldning. Alt i alt et ophold præget af manglende service, dårlig kommunikation og ingen forståelse for gæstens oplevelse.

Vi kan desværre ikke anbefale dette hotel

В гостинице было очень грязно. Все старое. Жуткий запах у холе. Были 1 ночь. Не спали. Всю семью искусали клопы. Укусы которых лечили неделю. Пришлось пятить вещи для которых это были возможно. Чемоданы и обувь пришлось выкинуть. Это было ужасно. Нужно закрывать отели

Pros:

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff. Excellent rooms with great cleaning in room, Ayse did an amazing clean of the room daily and helped with anything we needed.
