Pros:

Чисто, удобное расположение при поездке на авто, большая парковка, отличный завтрак

Cons:

Не принимают карты Юнион пэй, после 19ч ресторан отеля закрывается, а по близости поесть негде, только ехать на авто в центр.

Pros:

Buse was very hospitable.

Cons:

Despite being on the highest floor, and the windows fully closed, I could hear the road traffic as though I was outside. I had to move to another room facing the car park, which was more quiet.

The room temperature of my room was over 25 degrees. Despite my attempts to lower the thermostat temperature, the room continued to remain warm. I had to call maintenance at 5am after waking up to a stuffy room.

Maintenance guy did not speak English, and was claiming the air conditioning to be working fine. Thankfully through google translate I was able to request for him to remotely change the default setting for my room and lower the temperature to 19 degrees. He agreed and the temperature gradually reduced.

However the same problem occurred the following night. I had to call maintenance team again to resolve the issue.

I raised this to the reception staff on my checkout, however he did not seem concerned and suggested that the air conditioning of the building was working fine.

Pros:

Размещение отеля, так как я ехал в Аланью. Удобно по дороге.

Cons:

Ночью не работает кондиционер. Проснулись от того, что в номере было 34 градуса. После звонка на ресепшен, пришел персонал и сказала открыть окно. Отрыть окно в 5 звездночном отеле? Вы серьезно? Вообщем отвращение полное.
Как писали в отзывах по поводу завтрака, то все правда, сыр который на столе уже засох несколько недель назад. Есть было по факту нечего.

Pros:

property was clean and rooms a good size with comfortable beds

Cons:

We booked it hoping to use the advertised swimming pool but when we got there they said it was closed. Internet also weak and unreliable.

Her şey süperdi!
Pros:

Bu oteli büyükanne ve büyükbabam için rezervasyon yaptırdım ve bundan daha memnun kalamazdık. Konaklamalarından çok keyif aldılar; samimi atmosfer, mükemmel hizmet ve otelin temizliği onları gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Her şey kusursuz şekilde organize edilmişti ve otel personeli her zaman ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Özellikle otelin bizimle olan iletişimini çok takdir ettim - hele ki Hacı bey‘e çok teşekkür ederiz. Büyükannem ve büyükbabam otelden ayrıldıklarında bize bilgi verildi, bu sayede hiçbir endişe duymadık. Ayrıca otel, en başından itibaren onların kendilerini rahat ve huzurlu hissetmeleri için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapacaklarını belirtti ve gerçekten de bunu fazlasıyla başardılar.

Konaklamaları sadece bir gece sürmüş olsa da kendilerini her zaman güvende, değerli ve çok iyi ağırlanmış hissettiler. Bu harika konaklama için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were pretty good. But honestly, the breakfast was terrible — the food tasted old and stale, and most of it was barely edible.

Basta Buse hanım olmak üzere tüm ekip çok iyiydi. Yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve işlerini çok iyi bir şekilde yerine getiriyorlardı. Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok güzeldi. Sayelerinde çok keyifli bir hafta sonu tatili geçirdik. Ayrıca, Konya da gerçekten çok güzel bir şehir, herkese hem oteli hem de Konya’yı tavsiye ediyoruz.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff made it very enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff were super nice and accommodating, the hostess Buse was super friendly and helpful, I recommend the place and i give it a 10.

Cons:

I can't say that I didn't like anything about the hotel or the staff.
