i dont know what to say..because for me this hotel is ok n im just in the wrong time and situation..Im stuck in miri because of the covid19 n lockdown issue..my flight back to kl cancel and i was asked to quarantine myself in the place where I was staying ... at the start of my stay at the meritz hotel for 1 weeks but I had to move out and look for another hotel because they had closed their hotel due to covid19 issue and I had to find a hotel that was still operating and at that time only dragon hotel is still open ... but in limited circumstances ..then i have to move out frm dragon hotel because that hotel use for kkm staff for quarintine people..then i find hongkong hotel still operation so im stay here for a while and after that same situation i have to face..so i try call kenyalang suites and asked if they accept people from others hotel to stay there and when they said yes i move out from hk hotel and stay here until i can fly back to kl.. so it would be unfair for me to comment on this hotel in the face of global issues such as the corona virus issue and I believe hotel management is also unable to do anything go wrong them ... but yes kenyalang suites is the one of my fevourite hotel beside mega,meritz,nur hotel and to me everything in this hotel is so good and perfect ..😉

The Aircond in the room not cool at the afternoon..the tv channel is litter bit choice also..plz update it

hotel mudah dicari, parking kereta lebih selamat,jauh dari persekitaran yg bising boleh tidur lena, lift ada disediakan, keadaan bilik luas dan sangat selesa untuk 4 org tetamu dalam 1 bilik, tandas dalam keadaan bersih..dan aircond tip top sejukkkk.. :)

the room is spacious, but to maintain the cleanliness, definitely need an improvement as room 201 is rarely been used by the guests and please do knock the door before entering the room, thanks housekeeping :)

Elevator was broken. No mineral water in the room. But plenty of parking.

Quiet place to stay. Cheap and clean. Near to supermarket and food stall. Should have a hotel canteen too or cafeteria.

Ridiculously small bathroom, no place to hang towel, poor internet connection, toiletries not there when we check in.

Worth the budget. Friendly staff. Central location to places - within minutes.

Lack of maintenance- doors cannot be locked, bathroom too small-cannot accomodate big size people & rooms not so clean. The good side: private parking lot available.

The heater was not functioning. Have to bath with cold water. The bottle of mineral water was not provided although I did a complain. The restaurant was closed. I have to walk away to get my food.

The hotel was not too far from town or eating places which was great. Its a shame that the cafe didnt open early and closed early, so getting breakfast or dinner was cumbersome. The room was clean however there were ant trails everywhere including on the bed, in the bathroom and on the floor. The sheets and towels have that damp scent where it hasn't been used, so I guess it doesn't hurt to air those items or wash them more regularly. The hotel is good for short stays (where you just need a place to sleep), if you're not fussy about perfectly pressed and dry cleaned sheets

staff friendly , safe parking lot , just nice to stay in but a little bit too far and time pick hour you will face a very bad jams at the road.

Room too small and the water pipping in the bathroom are leaking and making water hammer sound.
