Exceptionnelle
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 6 jours dans cet hôtel. Après avoir consulté les commentaires, nous avons fait notre choix et nous n’avons absolument pas été déçus.
L’hôtel est incroyable, tout comme le personnel. Notre vol ayant été annulé, nous devions initialement arriver vers 15h, mais nous sommes finalement arrivés à 1h du matin. Paola nous a attendus malgré l’heure tardive et a été d’une grande gentillesse. Tout au long du séjour, elle a été particulièrement attentionnée et aux petits soins avec nous.
Le petit-déjeuner était bon, la chambre était superbe, tout comme la literie. Tout était propre et soigneusement nettoyé chaque jour. Les serviettes étaient changées quotidiennement et la chambre etait délicatement parfumées. Cet établissement mérite vraiment ses 4 étoiles.
La vue était magnifique, les espaces extérieurs parfaitement entretenus, et la piscine ainsi que ses abords étaient vraiment parfaits. Il y avait à la fois des zones ombragées et ensoleillées, ce qui permettait à chacun de choisir selon ses préférences. La piscine est également d’une très belle taille, permettant aussi bien de s’amuser que de faire des longueurs pour ceux qui le souhaitent.
Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe, car le jour de notre départ, nous devions quitter l’hôtel très tôt pour être à l’aéroport à 6h du matin. Ils nous avaient préparé trois sacs à emporter afin que nous puissions profiter une dernière fois du petit-déjeuner, puisque nous n’aurions pas pu le prendre à l’hôtel.

Goede locatie en accomodatie om de omgeving (incl Porto) te verkennen..

Het personeel.. wat een behulpzame lieve vrouwen bij het ontbijt. Ook de kamer werd goed schoongemaakt... op een haartje of wat op het tapijt na maar dat werd direct opgezogen nadat wij er iets van zeiden..

Cons:

In de hangkast 6 hangertjes..Kom op zeg. We zijn er een week en dan kom je met 2 personen niet uit met 3 hangertjes per persoon. TIP: nog wat haakjes extra in de badkamer ..
Zwembad is redelijk maar tegeltjes mogen een keer schoongemaakt worden. Genoeg bedjes maar liefst allemaal met die grijze weerbestendige kussens..wel veel vogelkak die je er in de ochtend af moet halen. Tip: loop even een rondje zwembad als eigenaar en dan meteen wat tafeltjes om tas/mobieltje op te leggen. Maar uiteindelijk is het zwembad wel degelijk aan te raden...
Bedden slaapkamer waren te hard voor ons maar dat is iets persoonlijks.

Pros:

Wir haben spontan spät abends ein Zimmer gebucht, weil wir aus einer anderen Unterkunft wegen Schimmel umziehen mussten. Wir konnten spontan noch ein Zimmer bekommen und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Besonders nett war es, dass wir am Tag des Check outs den Pool Bereich noch nutzen durften bis wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Der Service war auch sehr nett und Kaffee mit Hafermilch war auch möglich.
