La ubicación excelente y muy bien comunicado. La habitación tranquila y con todo tipo de comodidades, limpia y acogedora. Lo mejor, Tatiana, en recepción, es super amable, nos dio indicaciones de la ciudad así como de comercios y restaurantes. Un verdadero encanto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. The room and all shared spaces were spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is very convenient, but what truly stood out was the hospitality.
The hostess was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay.

Amazing - a perfect place to stay to explore Milan.xxx
Pros:

EVERYTHING- Tatiana at Reception was amazing. She was warm and welcoming and very helpful with sharing her knowledge on travel and things to see and do.
The apartment was perfect in every way. We got to experience city life, while staying in a cute, modern, comfortable and very clean apartment.

Struttura moderna stupenda, appartamento ampio con cucina, divano, camera e bagno. Dotato di tutti i comfort e di più (frigo, Phon, asciugamani, macchina del caffè, kit del bagno, tv…)
Qui regna la pulizia e la gentilezza, l’host è stata di una dolcezza impagabile sempre pronta a soddisfare i nostri bisogni e fornirci consigli su come muoverci. L’ hotel dista 15 minuti a piedi dal duomo, vicino ci sono le fermate del tram consiglio il numero 9 che vi porta sia alla stazione che all’hotel. Vicino c’è la pam ed altri negozi. Se venite a Milano dovete soggiornare qui.

There were no directions for the 4 remotes/there were several snacks left but all processed food however I greatly appreciated the bottled water/there was some street noise even with shutters closed

Studio apartment had everything you needed for comfy stay. Host supplied expresso machine; biscuits and cereal for morning breakfast; water; milk and juice in the fridge and replenished daily. Host provided a map with all the attractions and must do’s. Anything I needed they were ready and available to assist.
