Das service Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Check in und out super schnell. Parkplatz unkompliziert nutzbar. Frühstück für 3 Sterne okay und man konnte sich frische Waffeln machen Es wurde alles sehr sauber gehalten.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir in der Suite keinen Safe angetroffen.

Great customer service, Very kind & courteous staff members, specially the breakfast crew. Breakfast options were very good. The common areas looked very nice & clean, as well as the rooms.

Cons:

A 7 due to, no hot water on the shower option, only hot water would come out of the bath option; very bad during cold nights. Also the walls felt like they were not sound proof, through the night we could hear the cars passing from the busy street in front, loud music, furniture being moved around other rooms, and disturbing human sounds from other rooms as well.

La ubicación es estupenda si vas a ir a Bush gardens. El personal el muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era amplia, las camas cómodas y todod muy limpio. Repetiriamos seguro.

Had a good stay, pillow cases could be cleaned better or new pillows and hopefully they are able to fix the lack of hot
