Second time staying and will be back again.
Pros:

Great spot if visiting Busch Gardens. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Shuttle to and from Busch Gardens. View of Busch Gardens from room to catch the drone and fireworks show.

Pleasant stay and got to visit with my cousins while there which made it even more worthwhile.
Pros:

Front office staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Did see a homeless? woman try to enter the elevator to go upstairs with us. I know they have to live somewhere but it was somewhat alarming.

Pros:

The front staff allowed us to check in early so we could store our belongings before going to the park. The hotel was very clean. So close to busch gardens.

The beds were a little harder than my husband and I would like. Our backs were sore after sleeping on them.

Pros:

Front desk was outstanding in everything. Had a problem with our first room because of a leak in the ceiling over one of the beds and was able to take care of switching rooms. Jennifer, Angela, Miguel and Pam take care of you like you are family. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay here.

Short stay very last minute and it was great!

A+ for visitors to Busch Gardens and surrounding area
Pros:

We only stayed one night but staff allowed us to check in early at 10:00 am and get their shuttle to Busch Gardens. We caught the shuttle back around 7 pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real breakfast and was good. All the staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only negative, even though it is totally understandable in this location was: noise was noticeable in our 4th floor room from the four-lane road in front of the hotel which our room was facing. It was not loud enough to bother us when we slept.
