Gutes Hotel, wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hat und maximal 2 Tage bleibt.
Pros:

Lage des Hotel ist top. Direkt am Busch Garden.

Cons:

Zimmer zu Straße hin extrem laut. Man kann nicht schlafen. Nächsten Tag neues Zimmer nach hinten raus bekommen. Nichts zu hören von der Straße.
Nur Plastik beim Frühstück. Bis jetzt das schlechteste Frühstück von allen Hotels.

Information per Email, dass Gesichtsmasken benötigt werden (extra vor Ort gekauft und dann doch nicht benötigt aufgrund anderslautender Information im Hotel)

Pros:

The room was clean and the breakfast was good

Cons:

That I booked a room with two bedrooms and one bed each and only got one room with two beds. The counter staff wasn't able or willing to help and only offered to book a separate room for an additional fee. As I was able to book the separate bedrooms at an extra fee already, this was a total scam to me. I only didn't cancel because it was already too late to find a different Hotel

Pros:

We loved everything about the stay. The staff was great! If we had more time to stay we could have used the amenities. The food and service was the BEST. I would only request more fruit and muffins varieties

Great location and comfortable stay, but service availability in the evenings could be improved.
Pros:

The location was excellent—very close to Busch Gardens, making it easy to walk or take a quick, inexpensive Uber right to the front entrance. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn—clean, comfortable, and consistent. We had a suite, which was a nice large open space for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a good variety. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made meals very convenient.

Cons:

In the evenings, it was difficult to reach the front desk or housekeeping. I called multiple times without an answer, and when I went out to look for assistance, it was hard to find a staff member. It seemed like the hotel may have been short-staffed during those hours, which made it challenging when we needed help.
