It’s was a very good value, I just wish it was in a nicer area.
Pros:

Rooms felt clean except carpet. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was kind and friendly

Cons:

Location was ok, carpet in room was damp.

Pros:

We stay here for the location next to Busch garden Tampa, Which was perfect right across the street, Breakfast were great, rooms clean, Bed Comfy, pool was great. This location had a McDonald's less than 100 ft, Dunkin donuts as well just overall almost perfect.

Cons:

Would like the hotel to have a plan B when their shuttle was down they took us to the park in the morning and since we stay there for 3 night we saw it working perfect but then it was on turn to go to the park and the Van broke down and I called the hotel to see if they can get us a Uber or Taxi but they said no.

Pros:

EL hotel muy limpio las habitaciones muy cómodas. Si quieren ir al Parque Bush Garden es solo cruzar la calle a pie. Sitios como el Downtown a 13 minutos en automóvil al lado exactamente del Hotel esta un MC donalds a solo 100 mts de distancia muy buen Hotel.

Cons:

Piden en Recepción al llegar un Deposito de 20usd es normal en algunos Hoteles pero en este caso no estaba estipulado al momento de hacer la reserva fue en la Recepción que solicitan y normalmente las politicas se deben dejar claras y lo publicado es lo que el cliente lo que el cliente acepta pero no fue así aparte deje el deposito de 20usd con la promesa de la recepcionista que cuando hiciera el Checkout se hacía el Reembolso y ya pasaron 2 semanas y no lo han realizado he enviado correos y demas sin respuesta.
Posterior a esto la momento de hacer la reserva dicen Pagaras en el alojamiento y lo descuentan sin autorización casi 24 horas antes de la tarjeta sin precio aviso.

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location was really good especially if visiting the Parks.

The available hotel shuttle to and from the parks help save you money parking at the parks which currently cost $45

Staff was extremely helpful and the complimentary breakfast is pretty decent
