Centara Life Phu Pano Krabi

The hotel is in an amazing location, super close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Ao Nang Beach is also close by, with easy access to long-tail boats to Railay, which was a big plus for us.

Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The room itself was okay but quite small. Unfortunately, the linen and towels didn’t feel the cleanest, and the bathroom was a bit grotty — the shower in particular didn’t feel very pleasant to use.

Overall, despite a few negatives, the location and convenience really made up for it and I would still recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay at Centara Life Phu Pano was far below expectations. The room felt dirty, and we noticed mold on the ceiling, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

The service was disappointing as well — staff seemed uninterested in helping. The breakfast was also very poor.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Would not recommend this hotel. The bedsheets and towels were full of stains. Asked for new ones and got new sheets and towles also with stains.

There were also several large mold stains on the ceiling, and the ventilation system worked poorly. I became ill during my stay.

The rooms were very poorly soundproofed. You would wake up from the neighbors going in and out of their doors, from them talking, as well as from the call to prayer from a mosque several hundred meters away. The staff were mostly friendly, but some were very unhelpful when it came to booking taxis and similar services.

Stayed in hotel for 4 nights and were delighted with our choice, our room was ideal and our request for a high floor with view of pool was given.
The staff were very welcoming and efficient and extremely helpful in every way, the hotel is spotless with a pool that was perfect in the stifling heat.
Breakfast was excellent and surprised me with the choice available.
Shuttle bus available if required, with the beach being a reasonable walk away and parking difficult.
Our room had everything we needed and was first class.
I certainly would recommend it, and the cost is reasonable for the area.

Couldn’t really buy any food or drinks there

My partner and I have been traveling around Thailand and this has been our favourite hotel yet. It’s great value for money with nice big rooms, lovely pool and accessibility to the town center. The gym is nice too, we were the only ones there.

It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach but only a 5-10 min drive. We got a bike which they had parking for so it was really easy to get around.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They have their own tourist desk so we booked our travel to our next destination here as well with a pick up to the lobby.

Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a good cliff view location in Ao Nang. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A special mention for Mim and Chama who always had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem, always keep to help although it was a problem of our family travel that had nothing to do with them. Rooms are nice with a king size bed and good air conditioning. The new night market is a 10 minute walk away and will worth a visit.

I stayed at this hotel three times. The hotel is reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are a bit small but clean. The hotel terrace is very nice. The view from the rooms facing the pool of Krabi's beautiful cliffs is wonderful. The hotel pool has a beautiful view. The pool area could be cleaner. The hotel breakfast is typical. The hotel gym is useful and usable. The location is a few steps away from the main street, where you have access to many restaurants. It is a fifteen-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach. The last time I went to this hotel, it wasn't as clean as the first time. I like this hotel very much because I have many memories of it.

The Centtra by Centara is very eco friendly and they are so adorable and sent my daughter a happy birthday message upon arrival.. loved it !!!!
Beautiful view, the pool was amazing and the bistro food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and lovely, especially ms. Amp, she greeted us with a smile everyday we visited the bistro.

Very good service starting from reception, room service all staff for all our family except certain non availability of more Indian food. Need to provide more Indian foods at restaurant and really nice place to recommend. Thanks for all staff and the people support

The staff on this property were the nicest that I’ve ever encountered. The free breakfast had a sufficient amount of variety and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool was a good size and so beautiful as you can see all the palm trees and limestone cliffs in the background. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute walking distance to ao nang Beach and about a 35 minute drive to the airport without traffic.

The best hotel ever. Waking up to that wiew ewery morning made us feel like we where in paradice.
And every morning see the smile of dear kwan, our Lively cleaning Lady, made the whole day filled with love and happiness. Thank you Kwan!
All the staff are so friendly. And you could feel the buddhist energi everywhere.

First of all, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay—especially the wonderful team at reception and the housekeeping staff. I honestly felt a bit embarrassed to trouble them with so many requests, but they handled everything with such kindness and professionalism.

On our first night, we experienced some issues with loud music coming from outside the hotel. Although it wasn’t directly from the property, the noise was quite disturbing and made it difficult for my wife to sleep. When I reached out to the front desk, they immediately looked into finding a better room for us. Even though they offered to move us right away, we decided to wait until the next day. Once we moved, everything was perfect.

The staff's service mindset truly impressed us—always courteous, responsive, and eager to help. I can confidently say their service deserves a full 10 out of 10. Thank you again for making our stay so much more comfortable!

The hotel is very nice but the receptionist should be more considerate and take care of each guest regardless, pay the same price on different but the service is better.

A great positioned hotel 20 minutes walk from the bustling beach. The views are beautiful of the limestone mountains. The staff extremely helpful. We had a family room which a king size bed in one and the children (10 & 12) had big built in bunk beds.
