Started bad but ended up great.
Pros:

It stated off really rough and un pleasant stay as I was on the 1st floor next to the entrance. First night there were loud drunk people making a lot of noise until 3:30 am. I could not sleep second night police was called on a drink women screening on the street for 2 hours. I stayed up will 2:30 am also. Next morning talked to the staff and they switched my room to 6th floor. Rest of the stay was wonderful. I gave there high review because the staff who was understanding and switched my room while I was out. Thanks so much for that.

Terrible service. Never going again.

Very disappointing. I went to trip alone for my operation. The receptionist was very rude older man. Not helpful at all. I was asking for restaurant cause there wasn't any in the hotel, even in the hotel discription says it is 😳 I got kind of laughed from receptionist and door man when I came in with McDonald's bag, and that time I decided to leave the hotel. After the day I had operation and I was in very bad condition, I called receptionist for ice. The same man told me they don't have ice and closed the phone to my ear. I decided to leave to another hotel so I collected my things and called to reception again and asked for taxi . He said to me that they don't have any available ones and asked me to go alone on the streets with my suitcase to catch taxi from somewhere! I have never been served like this before! Another old man came after in reception and helped me to get taxi. Thank you for that, but other than that, I would not recommend to stay here, especially not if you are young woman.
