Nette kleine Unterkunft, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, vielleicht etwas zu viel Verpackungsmüll.

Hotel très simple bruyant car peu insonorisé. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Great place to stay in beautiful Chantilly, we enjoyed the convenience and location of this Hotel in relation to the center of town and the Chateau. Very clean and comfortable.
Nice breakfast on the patio every day of our stay.

Chambre au 1er étage assez petite mais calme donnant sur parking intérieur , bien situé pour visiter Chantilly , le parking est un vrai plus ! Personnel accueillant

Hotel in a lovely part of town near the chateau and railway station. All in walking distance. Cafes and restaurants nearby if required. Paris in easy reach by train or bus. Hotel serves a lovely breakfast and evening meal if required. Staff endlessly pleasant and helpful. Inside or outside dining.
Private off road secure parking a real bonus.
Only reservation is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep ( no lift) so bear in mind if mobility is an issue.
Otherwise, highly recommended.

Hôtel pratique pour le parking, les transports et les installations de Chantilly. Options de restauration savoureuses. Bon rapport qualité-prix. J'encourage l'hôtel à investir dans ses chambres et à mettre à jour la décoration, qui est datée et fatiguée. Le personnel est sympathique et je reviendrai. Merci pour ce séjour agréable.

There is no hotel reception, you need to enter the restaurant however the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic: beds, a bathroom and a table with one chair. Windows open to a view of the street (front) or parking lot (back). Parking is tricky but safe (hotel can explain). No elevator, stairs only (OK for us but good to know).

Hotellet ligger bra men är ordentligt slitet. Behövs en uppfräschning. Personalen var trevlig.

Hôtel très bien placé, nous avons apprécié le personnel chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et complet.
La chambre était acceptable mais par forte chaleur et sous les combles c’était une vraie étuve.

La chambre qu’on nous a donné était au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur. Escalier étroit, monter et descendre avec deux grosses valises a été très difficile. Chambre sous les combles, mon compagnon s’est cogné à de multiples reprises, impossible de prendre une douche debout. La douche aurait besoin d’être réparée, il a fallu que mon compagnon vienne m’aider pour tirer l’élément qui permet de basculer à l’option “tête de douche”. Le wifi ne fonctionne toujours pas alors que ce problème avait été signalé dans le commentaire d’un autre client il y a quelques semaines au moins. Il faudrait retirer ce service offert de la liste, sinon c’est de la publicité mensongère.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room is medium size, but it worked. Our room was in the front of the hotel. We opened our windows to get air. There was a significant amount of noise from the street. The hotel can't control that. The noise subsided about 10:30 pm. Towels are thin and we would have liked hand towels also. People that worked at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast both mornings was excellent.
