Marinesファンには最高の立地です。
Pros:

JR海浜幕張駅からアウトレットパークの中を通ってすぐで、幕張メッセも近くロケーションは良いです。
ホテル内のレストランも数カ所あり、利用するなら便利です。

Cons:

施設が古いのは仕方ないが、バス内のタイルのひび割れの補修跡が目立っていた。
