Pros:

私が泊まった部屋は12階のツインの一室で見晴らし良かったです！何よりシャワーの水圧合格です！！ホテルにしては珍しいシャワーの水圧で満足にお風呂タイムできました。フロント付近にあるアメニティの中でボディ用の使い捨て用品も良かったです。よくある食器スポンジみたいなやつじゃなくちゃんと長さのあるボディタオルでした！あと駅と幕張メッセの中間にあるため連日イベントあるときなどは非常に立地が良かったです。機会があればまたお世話になりたいと思いました。

Cons:

強いてあげるとしたらお風呂場に換気扇のスイッチがなく、浴室の電気を入れると換気扇も自動的に入るのかどうかがわかりづらいところです。あと備えられてるドライヤーがちっちゃくて風量が物足りないので毛量の多い方や髪の毛が長い方は荷物にはなりますが家から持ってきたほうがいいかも。電気関連でいくと部屋全体を照らす天井の明かりはありません。基本ベッドサイドの明かりか、廊下の明かりくらいです。窓際と卓上にも置型はありますがつけたところでそんなに…な感じでした。あとロビーにあるアメニティの場所がややわかりにくいです。フロントの空間挟んだ前にありますが、手続き中は背中を向けてるので気付きにくいです。フロントと同じ並びにあるか、もしくはエレベーター近くにあると目につきやすいのになぁと思いました。
