Overall, front desk service was good. They seemed short staffed.

Location was perfect on the Potomac River!

Cons:

The restaurant there has poor service. Ate breakfast there one time, even though that meal was included for in my rate for two days. Server forgot 2 things. I was asked by 4 people if I had everything. Staff was hanging out in front laughing & talking out loud the entire time I ate, which was quite disruptive. It was a bit of a chaotic experience!

The parking deck was so tiny. Also, you’re unable to park there at times.

I think they gave me nosey room on perpus
Pros:

It was close to everything

Cons:

I was supposed to have river view did not fit that. The hotel being as high priceed as it was though it would have hot tub did not.it did not have washer and dryer so when we went to water Park we could not dry our wet clothes. Never got my 200 deposit back rather and we even clean the room and took trash out so house keeper would not have to.

Very good location. Friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was great. I had a very good breakfast on one morning.

Cons:

Before check in I called the property several times to ask a question, but te calls were never answered.
