Extremely comfortable! Loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff
The was a lack of communication regarding how to check out. I ended up standing in the main foyer for a few minutes, ringing the bell and waiting for someone to come take my key. There was no info on the website regarding check out methods or breakfast if there was one.
The inn has updated amenities while keeping with the style and charm of the turn of the century. Our room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The bed felt like an absolute indulgence. The staff took exceptional care of us. Patricia brought us up a tray with tea, and was always at the ready to assist us. Matt cooked for us in the morning meeting our needs and preferences.

Beautiful historic b&b. All of the staff were extremely kind especially the innkeeper. Margo room is very nice, comfortable, and beautiful view with a connected balcony.
There was someone else’s hair throughout the bathroom, probably from whoever cleaned the room but didn’t get all the hair removed. Some in the corners where a mop would go, some in the sink, some in the bathtub.
No trash can in the room, which I’m accustomed to anywhere else- only in the bathroom which meant all trash had to go there.
Breakfast was delicious and filling, but simple- scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, etc. I anticipated a more unique breakfast spread based on experience at other b&bs.
Staff was amazing friendly attentive always smiling. Food and drinks were delicious. Loved the ambience of the room.
