Pros:

朝食を洋食か和食で迷いスタッフに尋ねると「断然 和食です」と… そして和食で正解！
夕食も相談すると他のホテル内にある店舗や自身が行った事のある店舗を薦めて下さり、訪れた事が無い店舗はハッキリと「分かりません」と言って下さいました。
薦めて下さった店舗にも満足しました。
また人工温泉も想像以上に良く、浴場に設置されてる水やウェルカムドリンクの珈琲が切れてると伝えた時の迅速な行動も◎。
そして浴場やエレベーターに流れるBGMも良かったなと…

ただ客室のトイレットペーパーは薄い(？)かなと感じました。笑
全体的には大変満足でした。

A gem of a hotel in an excellent position for the train station and town centre Just a 10 minute walk, with the open top tour bus, just outside the pub opposite .So beautiful inside and out with many Victorian statues and ornaments. A pleasant garden outside too. Wonderful food, friendly staff in the bar and restaurant, less so on the reception ! Our room was very large, although the bathroom was a bit cramped for space, could have gone into the room a bit more. The rooms on the garden side and car park side are quieter at night. Only a small temperamental lift ! All in all our coach group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we would deffinitely stay there again.

雰囲気も良く、快適に過ごすことができました。1階に居酒屋も併設になっていて出歩くのが面倒なときにはありがたいです。朝食もボリュームがあって満足できました。

今次跟朋友是自駕遊，酒店的停車場就在隔離，不需要行太遠好方便。房間都整潔寬敞，都可以整理行李箱。間床硬度是我喜歡，所以瞓得好舒服。

空港から電車で２駅（千歳駅）で駅からも徒歩５～７分程の立地で、ホテルからは時間が合えば、無料送迎バスの利用も可能で非常に便利でした。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。　ただ大浴場があるようですが、入り口がロビーのエレベーターのすぐ横にあり、またとても狭く、なんとなく行きづらく利用しませんでした。
