Don't book this hotel
Pros:

Shower not working. Took forever to try and fix it. Ended up with a new room. Not helpfull staff. Didn't show in airport to pick us up like we had arranged before hand. Promised to give a return to the airport as a result of the missing pick up. Ended up not taking us to the airport and lied afterwards telling us they never promised to take us back to the airport.
Breakfast not good. No selection. We were almost the only guests in the hotel and the restaurant took almost 1 hour to cook a meal and got the order wrong 2 times. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Comfortable stay in an older hotel
Pros:

Large rooms, the bathtub arrangement a bit weird but a comfortable stay overall.

Pros:

surprisingly, a good hotel. Clean, friendly staff and basic breakfast. I recommend.

Convenient for the airport
Pros:

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The staff are polite and helpful and the wifi is great although you need a separate password for every device you want to use and have to renew it every day.
On the downside the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there's no outside area to sit so once you're there you're stuck indoors. Also no hairdryer in the room.

Not upto Europe standard
Pros:

Oman is great country but I will not recommend this hotel as service is very poor not upto Europe standards moreover Satff is not professional I will not recommend any family particularly with children
