Important information:

Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.

Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).

Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.

The property has everything for a perfect stay, will definitely stay again.
Pros:

It was in a great location to Orchard Road and two mrt’s for getting around. Property was fresh, modern and bed very comfy. The roof terrace had a lovely pool, small gym and seating area. The staff were very polite and helpful. Everything you need for a perfect stay away.

Cons:

Nothing. Would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony.

Insgesamt recht angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage hatten wir zentral entsprechend unserer Anforderungen gewählt mit guter Anbindung an den Transport, die Umgebung war relativ grün und es gab einen kleinen, aber netten Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Die Fenster schienen nicht sehr gut gedämmt gewesen zu sein, man hörte recht viel vom Straßenlärm. Außerdem waren die Apparaturen der Klimaanlage daneben außen angebracht, was wahrscheinlich die zusätzlichen Geräusche im Zimmer verursacht hat.
Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war recht spartanisch. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir nach einigen Tagen dann noch eine neue Pfanne und einen Toaster.

Perfecte apart hotel dichtbij Orchard
Pros:

Perfecte apart hotel op een geweldige locatie beetje off center van de drukke Orchard road. Heerlijke bedden, schoon en compleet. Lekkere pool op het dak. Definetly wil come again

Cons:

The gym is eigenlijk een kleine hok met maar een treadmill, een crostrainer en een buikspierbank. Maar ik geniet liever van het zwembad.

Overall an undisturbed good stay.
Pros:

No disturbance from any staff. Peaceful stay. Free flow coffee at lobby. Good.

Cons:

The view from balcony was soooo not attractive.
Also it was quite hassle to keep going down to collect grab food from the lobby. Should have room service in the hotel. Room doors and windows should be soundproof.
