Important information:

Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.

Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).

Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.

Excellent établissement pour un séjour long.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre bien au dessus de la moyenne des chambres proposées à Singapour.

Le petit déjeuner est perfectible. Il est assez simple.

First of all I dont know why booking.com has this place as 5 star because that is VERY misleading. We first landed at midnight and were at the studio by 1pm. I had notified them twice including the night before and when I rocked they said they thought I was arriving the next the day and if I wanted to stay tonight I would have to be FOR THE DAY THAT HAS ALREADY PASSED which is a total scam. I had my husband and 3 year old with me and we were absolutely exausted and they gave us stress right from the start. They ended up putting us in a small room and they put us in our room the next day. When we got to our room it did not seem as though it was cleaned. The tap in th3 bathroom had mould around the tap and the sink hole and so does th3 shower. We were there for a little over a week and housekeeping only came once but all they did was change the garage and towels. They did not clean at all. The whole time I was there no one changed the sheets not even once. I would give this place a 3/5 at best but the 5 star here should be changed its very misleading at one point the tv and kitchen stopped working for some reason and so did the A/C. Yes they fixed these issues but the point is it seems as though they dont maintain the place and problems kept happening. Overall if u want more room because u have a child and u want to be out and about for most of the day then this place will be good for u. But if u want a nice place with nice facilities this is NOT IT and we were very disappointed

Würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Schöne helle und recht modern gehaltene Appartements in guter Größe. Bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und schönes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist zentral mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Paragon und der Orchard. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz nett, uns fehlte jedoch ein Schattenplatz. Preis/Leistung war gut. Alles in allem würde ich es wieder buchen.
