Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.
Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).
Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.

No public shower after check out service

The rooms are ample, well-lit, everything is in good shape, new, the bed is perfect (not too soft, not hard), shower is great, with big pillows that are extra super fluffy. And the kitchen works well to prepare simple meals, like breakfast and light suppers — which helps a lot in saving some money.
Faltou um microondas, para facilitar aquecer leite, esquentar sopa. É muito mais prático que fazer isso em panela e reduz louça para lavar, e a cozinha comporta — há espaço vazios. E eu gostaria de ter tido um mancebo para pendurar roupas.

Great location, the pool, great / helpful staff at the reception desk 24 hours, comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and good sized room.

The beds are really small. I booked for 1 bedroom and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. And that was lucky for my husband and me!
Breakfast was not much in my opinion. Hardly choice, not much really fresh, no yoghurt. But very nice staff.
The location is super
Lacks maintaining. The Aircons were not up to mark and inspite of asking the staff to get it fixed nothing was done. They don’t mention on booking.com that the cleaning will be done only 3 times a week and not daily. They also charge you for the coffee kept in the room which is supposed to be replenished everyday.
Over all expensive for the place.
Location to hospital and shopping. Excellent hospitality
The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good, and the aircon very welcome. The studio itself is a bit clinical with its white tiled floor, but does the job for a short stay. And we had the rooftop pool to ourselves most of the time when we used it. The hotel is just a short walk to Orchard Road’s Paragon Centre, which has a convenient food hall.
The kitchen is very sparsely equipped eg. it had only one full sized dinner plate. When we adjusted the temperature of the air conditioning it created a patch of condensation on the tiled floor, causing a slip hazard. The studio is not serviced on a daily basis.

Location, size of room and layout, privacy, comfy bed, pillows, beddings, DSA, furnishing and fixtures, friendly and efficient staff! A family favorite.
No daily cleaning, bath needed a small table and 1-2 more towel/clothes hooks, worn out bedside tables.
