It was decent, not sure if it was worth the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Our room had visible water damage on the walls. They were literally cracking and looked like they were pieced together with tape. Our air conditioner would not go back up so it was freezing in our room. The blankets were so thin, we had to wear sweats with sweatshirts and socks to bed just to be somewhat warm.

The shower head was so high, I couldn't reach it to change the setting from pelting me to an actual spray.

Pros:

This was a nice hotel with clean updated rooms. Location was easy to find and near a lot of stuff. Staff was very accommodating and available.

Cons:

Hot breakfast options weren't great. No changes from day to day. Although there's a space for it in the lobby, there is not coffee, ice water, tea available throughout the day.

Great stay.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location that feels very safe. The staff was great and my room was very clean. I need access to a refrigerator. When I arrived the one in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk and within five minutes someone was there to change it out. Would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.

Over all was a very nice stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and very inviting. Staff was very friendly. Our room was so nice except the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows literally went flat as soon as we laid our heads on them. TV was hard to work at first but my hisband finally got it. We spent our 20th wedding anniversary there and didnt even leav our room till check out. It was nice to have a couch in the room so we could sit somewhere other than a bed to eat and play games.

Parking was free and close to room, needed key card to access other doors

You get what you pay for..
Pros:

Pros - rooms were relatively clean, fridge/AC/wifi were working, there was hot water, breakfast is included

Cons - water pressure sucked, lobby had an unpleasant smell walking in and elevators were so slow bc out of the two were out of service our entire stay, the breakfast was always out of something every day, housekeeping is not standard and you have to ask for it (we had to call front desk just to ask for more toilet paper for a 4 night stay, come on..) though they did come in to replace the towels once during our stay - but staying at a hotel means you shouldn’t have to even think about these things.

Overall, you get what you pay for, so if you just need an affordable place to stay I guess this will do, but keep your expectations really low…

Nice, clean hotel
Pros:

Great location, Smash Park in the same parking lot and Jordan Creek Mall and a Wlamart right across the street basically. It's a very busy property, very clean throughout the building. Have stayed her for more than one youth sports tournament.

Poor customer service and no housekeeping.
Pros:

We have never experienced this with any other Hyatt stay, but we were informed at checkin that housekeeping was on request only. So I did request housekeeping, as we are a family of 5 and need the room cleaned up, towels and tp restocked, etc, on a regular basis. Despite multiple requests (calling down and going to the front desk) we did not receive housekeeping services one time on a 3 night stay, and generally a lack of service from the staff, one even suggesting I bring our trash down myself since housekeeping hadn't come by yet. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible hotel
Pros:

Therevwas am odor in the room that was horrific. I was having back spasms and asked for ibuprofen upon check in. She said they had some, left, came back and said they didn't have any. I would have changed rooms but could hardly walk so we stayed. Would never stay here again
