Ich komme auch ein drittes Mal wieder.
Pros:

Man ist unabhängig und flexibel. Check in und check out lief komplett digital und ohne Probleme. Man kann sich komplett selbst versorgen, wenn man möchte. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr usw. alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine.

Cons:

Die Toilette ist sehr dicht an der Wand, teilweise etwas "eng".

Pros:

Great value for a price. The room is excellent, there is cheap coffee in the lobby, there are large supermarkets nearby, metro stations and tram stops are close and for eating I'd suggest L'Osteria and their excellent Frutti di Mare pizza with some weissbier.

Cons:

At night the area is pretty dead, but super safe.

„Sehr gerne wieder“
Pros:

Sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ich werde es erneut buchen, wenn ich wieder geschäftlich oder privat nach München komme.

Cons:

Die Lage ist abends etwas einsam. Man ist aber mit der Untergrundbahn sehr schnell in der Innenstadt
