في البداية عند التسجيل موظف الاستقبال خالد لايشرح الخدمات ، غير بشوش ، ينادي الزبائن ب(يابوي) كاني شخص من الشارع

الروم سيرفز ( احمد ) عند تسجيل الخروج اطلب منه المساعدة في تنظيف الغرفه يقول لي غاضبا لايوجد احد في الاسفل ماذا افعل لك

كان هناك سوء تعامل من قبل موظفي الاستقبال وطلب مبالغ اضافية علئ اي شي تطلبة منهم علماً انه كان حجزي واضح من تطبيق بوكنيق انه حجز شقتين مكونه من غرفتين نوم واحدة سرير كنيج والاخرئ سريرين منفصلين اتفاجأت انها مكونه من غرفتين كلها سرير واحد كنيق ولما طلبت منهم تغير الشقق الي طلبي وحجزي ردوا علي انه كل الشقق نظامها واحد وفي حال رغبتك ب سريرين منفصلين تدفع مبلغ 230 ريال لكل شقة ليتم فصل الاسرة زيادة علئ مبلغ الحجز وزياده عن هذا حجزي كان موجود فيه اضافه سرير مجاناً ولما طلبت منهم سرير اضافي طلبوا مني 180 ريال ليتم اضافه سرير وهذا شي غريب من فندق باسم رافال هذا الطلب وزيادة عن هذا كل شي موجود بالشقه من كوفي لازم تدفع عليه فلوس علشان تشتريه وفي النهايه لما جبت اسوي خروج طلبوا مني 1ريال اضافه يقول الاستقبال انه غلطنا في حساب السرير الاضافي المفروض 181 ريال .
تجربة رائعة جدًا، الفندق نظيف ومرتب ومريح. أكثر شيء عجبني تعامل موظفين الاستقبال، كانوا جدًا محترمين ومتعاونين وسريعين في الخدمة. أشكرهم على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام. بالتأكيد أكرر الزياره

زياده المبلغ بعد تجديد الحجز
نظافة اللوبي والممرات
نظافة الغرفه وخاصة الفرش طلبت سرير اطفال لولدي الذي يبلغ عامان والظاهر السرير مايتنظف وايتغسل باستمرار لانه نام فيه ليله واصيب بحساسية الفم واليد والقدم اللي اكد لنا الطبيب المعالج ان سببها عدوى بكتيريه تنتقل للاطفال عن طريق بعض وكان سرير الاطفال المقدم من الفندق هو المتهم الوحيد بنقل العدوى البكتيرية إلى الوالد
