تجربتي كانت مخيبة. الغرفة لا تطابق الصور نهائياً، الأثاث قديم جداً. طلبات الاستقبال مهملة، ولا يتم إيصال الطعام للغرفة بل يُترك في الشارع، والمياه غير متوفرة. يحتاج هذا الفندق لمراجعة جذرية في الخدمات

Pros:

one bedroom room is very nice and very clean. The best is their kitchen which has everything you need if you planning to cook. The most thing amazed me is how to serve their water free. They placed an 8-gallon water dispenser machine and you can drink as much as you need. I always had problem with other hotels with water quantity. This is smart way. access to hotel from basement parking is great. Staff and reception staff are very great. special thanks to sister غاده الزهراني for communicating with me after my tripe and ensure everything was ok during my stay. This is very professional work. I love this place.
