Can't. Never stayed.
Pros:

Didn't stay long enough to return the keys. We just left, quickly. I got a drug dealing kind of vibe. The guy returning his sheets said that he felt safe enough and said that he had a good reason why and how to keep himself safe.

Cons:

We walked into our room and it seemed like marijuana. The door had duct-tape on it for the maybe adjoining room. I would not even use the toilet. I was just trying to stay a quick night before I dropped my son off at the local college for basketball camp. He was so freaked out he said, "Mom, you are not going to be happy." and he asked if we could just leave.

Pros:

there was no milk or spoons for the cereal everything else was ok and as expected. normally there is fruit as well in other places i've stayed

Cons:

our door looked like it had been broken into. you could see outside from inside the room. there was no hair dryer. the floors were uneven. the bathroom was dirty along the baseboards.

Pros:

Nothing, very dirty hotel. No maintenance at all. Very unsafe.

Cons:

It's nothing to like in that place. We rent two rooms, they're supposed to be none smoking; the sigar smell was so strong in the room that I didn't sleep the entire night. It was very dirty and should be closed for rent

The freaks come out at night! Wild west

The lady at the desk was very nice and polite.

Cons:

It was loud all night, the bedding look stained and dirty, we went to Walmart and bought sheets and pillow cases, the toilet lid wouldn't stay up and looked like it had been here since the 50's, the pool was not usable, after 7pm it seemed like it was a drug dealing place.

Cons:

Dirty, gaps between door and threshold. Burns on floor and furniture, smell of weed everywhere, pool was green, witnessed 2 different drug deals in parking lot in the less than 30 mins we stayed at the hotel before canceling and finding new hotel

Ur property and staff where horrible we come down from Maine once or twice a year and always stay with u guys not anymor

I called cuz I got a text saying my reservation was canceled when I was already 2 hours away and was coming from Maine… the lady on phone was very rude said they canceled cuz they had no rooms left how do u just cancel a booking when I had already paid in advance? Worst experience ever

Unnecessary hassles
Pros:

The courtesy of the night shift lady,, that took the time to make a note for late checkout of 1pm..

Cons:

Whom ever the morning guy was.. very rude and woke me up with the door open yelling at me that it's time for checkout and it was only 10am,, instead of the initial 1pm time specified....

Convenient location
Pros:

The location was convenient and the staff was great!

Cons:

The unit wasn’t the best, there were black spots on the shower curtain and the tub was very stained and did not drain and the door did not seem very secure and also had a big gap at the bottom. Also, someone’s leftover KFC (i’m guessing from previous guest) was in the microwave when I got there, so no telling how well the units are cleaned overall!
