Estancia mejorable en un entorno maravilloso

Lo que más me gustó el spa y la cena. El entorno es estupendo, muy cerca de Soria y de la laguna negra

Cons:

Hemos ido hace años y deben haber cambiado de personal, está bastante abandonado. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar a que alguien nos abriera. El alojamiento descuidado, faltan reformas.

Hôtel à fuir ! Publicité mensongère : il est indiqué climatisation mais en réalité c’est juste un chauffage au sol, résultat une chambre étouffante. La literie est catastrophique, le matelas est creusé comme une vieille crêpe, impossible de dormir correctement. Le système d’ouverture est une galère pas possible et, cerise sur le gâteau, on entend la route comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. Franchement, une honte pour le prix.

Indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, prestations plus proches d'un 2 étoiles ! TRES DECEVANT

Etablissement fermé à l'arrivée (dans les plages horaires prévues): aucune explication, obligé de téléphoner pour joindre quelqu'un qui ne parle qu'Espagnol, même pas anglais, bonjour l'accueil des étrangers et la difficulté d'expliquer qu'on attend devant la porte de l'hôtel ! La personne qui s'est déplacé environ 20 minutes plus tard ne parlait pas d'autres langue que l'Espagnol, échanges avec des traductions approximatives dans Google. Restaurant fermé aussi ce jour là, obligé d'aller à une dizaine de km pour trouver quelque chose (une liste de restaurants était affichée dans la hall d'entrée). Petit déjeuner (en supplément) minimaliste.
