Nice location with bad quality rooms
Pros:

Location was amazing, close to historical places

Cons:

It was under maintenance, floor removals and grinding drilling works continued thorought our stay. It was super noisy with all the drilling, so we couldn’t even hear each other or take calls. Plus, they didn’t change the bedsheets, so we had to spend a day with dirty sheets and a messy room.

Pros:

reception area was nice, nice lighting, room fine. Great location for tourism. Breakfast was OK

Cons:

The heating was on +50 degrees when entering the room. Luckily it was cooler after turning the radiators off. All the shops selling food / restuarants were overpriced in the area

l'hotel avec l'emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieux Istanbul
Pros:

l'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel à 300 mètres de SAINTE SOPHIE, à 400 mètres du tramway, à moins de 1000 mètres de plusieurs musées et de Topkapi avec ses jardins Ce qui est génial c'est qu'entre deux visites on peut se reposer, profiter de sa chambres climatisée pour se reposer, surtout quand il fait chaud .le tramway permet de rejoindre la ville nouvelle très facilement et c'est un plaisir. l'hôtel est presque a la hauteur de la place, donc pas de cotes longues à monter, car Istanbul est construit sur de nombreuses collines, l'hôtel est a un emplacement idéal pour visiter Istanbul.
L'utilisation des Taxis est cher, et difficile dans la vieille ville avec de nombreux embouteillages.
le personnel est très aimable et disponible, ca était un plaisir. l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

le point noir pour nous a été le petit déjeuné, il est très décevant, il ne correspond pas au standard '' breakfast continentale''
Café expresso payant, omelette payante, recharge inexistante après 30 mm de l'ouverture du petit déjeuné, personnel peu affable,une vrai grosse déception
attention pas d'ascenseur pour les personne Age cela peut être un problème pour aller au petit dejeune

Pros:

Gut, tolle Stadt, sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksames Personal, Furkan und alle anderen, ob Rezeption, Reinigung oder Küche waren sehr freundlich und boten einen super Service!

UBICACION..mejor imposible justo al lado de la mezquita azul en una zona tranquila el personal del hotel ,amable,agradables con su ayuda en todo momento ,la habitación ,bien y muy muy limpias,el desayuno es regular desde mi punto de vista un poco pobre sin mucha variedad

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour, les chambres sont très propres, le nettoyage est effectué tous les jours et les draps + serviettes sont changés tous les jours aussi. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec un choix varié et traditionnel et le personnel qui en est en charge est au top. Rien est à redire sur l’hygiène 👌🏼. L’ensemble du personnel est serviable, aimable et disponible notamment Emre et Furkan. Situation géographique exceptionnelle, au pied de la mosquée Sainte Sophie et du palais de topkapi, arrêt de tram à deux minutes. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Nous avons également pris le transfert à l’aller (en contactant en message l’hôtel via booking)et au retour et c’était top, rien à redire. Nous tenons également à souligner la disponibilité de Emre pour avoir répondu à nos questions avant le voyage avec réactivité 👌🏼 Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
