Staff friendly and tried hard but location and facilitues were very basic but clean hotel provides takeaways like pizza

Facilities in room showers were unsafe with slippery floors and only glass around u at least one chair would have beeb good no meals other than breakfast available

We went to the Tattoo and needed somewhere to stay over night. Great location was easy to find. Having breakfast included was a bonus. We will definitely stay again

A modern and beautiful hotel with excellent location and welcoming staff
Pros:

Very clean modern and comfortable with lovely rooms. All the staff here are superb, very friendly and welcoming. Close to the shops and a 10min walk to the river where you can get a City Cat river buses to the South bank museums and art galleries.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was excellent, finding a seat was difficult on some mornings.

Very nice.
Pros:

It was nice and clean and the staff were great, breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bed had some sort of mattress protector which is understandable however, it didn’t fit the bed very well and was very uncomfortable.

Poor for a Holiday Inn

Location is OK close to shops

Cons:

Not many restaurants nearby. We found the toilet on the hotel was dirty, not cleaned. We were offered another room, but that wasn't up to Holiday Inn standard and not clean either. Dirty towels weren't taken. Parking is $35 per night, but if you're prepared to walk a bit, you can get it for about $10 per night. Breakfast was just average, but staff helped my wife with her dietary requirements, but they had no gluten-free cereal. We had complaints, and they knocked off the 3 days parking

Pros:

Close to everything. Clean, Modern Rooms. Breakfast included.

Cons:

Not enough tables at Breakfast time. Had to pay extra for parking.
