I am a 6ft6 man and they made us take a room with single beds instead of queen bed like originally booked. Very very poor. We travel every month to BNE for work and were hoping to make this our choice of accommodation regularly but we cannot sleep in single beds

Breakfast was good . Could be better especially for the vegetarians and fruit eaters in the morning. Hot milk should be available in the breakfast hall. Microwave should be availabel in the breakfast hall for warming items like croasscent. Bottled Water should be provided in the room evrn if it is complementary or on charge basis. A street map and important palces should be provided to tourists.

Wow! For the price this place is an absolute gem!

The customer service here is next level. So friendly, efficient and welcoming.
As soon as you walk in it has a lovely modern feel and parking on the street is free on the weekends.
The beds are so comfortable but for me the best part of the room was the black out curtains. I honestly didn't believe my brother when he said that it was 8:30am. They are amazing!
The breakfast was included in the price and had everything! Yes there were no forks left but it didn't take long for some to come out.
I recommend this place to every traveller visiting Brisbane!
