Friendly and helpful staff; location; food

Cons:

Room smelt of smoke. I stay here often and never had this issue. Car park was full- first time this happened also.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent with great selection of items.

Cons:

There’s no dim lighting for sleeping; even with just one light on, it was still too bright for me. Or, perhaps I just didn’t know how to adjust the settings.

Overall great location for easy access to Sunshine Coast also for river walks and to convention centre for events.
Pros:

Its location and easy access to walking the river boardwalk and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit slim for variety. Had to pay for downstairs parking.

The room is and the breakfast is good.

Cons:

The receptionist confirmed they will send the invoice by email and never received. Booking after service team confirmed they got a reply from Holiday in and the invoice will be sent out by Holidayin. It never happens. It takes almost one month and I still did not receive the invoice.
