No frigobar não tem água sem gás em garrafas somente em copos

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. Instalações de recepção muito boa. Estacionamento amplo e gratuito.

Cons:

Havia vazamento no box pra fora nos momentos de banho. A estrutura do quarto tinha alguns pontos que precisam de manutenção.

Funcionários muito educados da recepção. Quarto confortável.

Infelizmente passei por um constrangimento na HS do checkout; a funcionária da limpeza ligou para recepção falando que faltava 1 toalha de piscina, sendo que esteva lá no quarto, eu aínda falei com a funcionária da recepção deixa eu ir lá pra mostrar a ela , ela não deixou , por muito a recepcionista essistir pra funcionaria olhar direitinho ela olhou a terceira vez e viu que estava lá. As pessoas que estavam ao redor estavam pensando que eu estava roubando a toalha .A recepcionista me pediu desculpas, mas fiquei chateada com essa funcionária da limpeza ou que olha o quarto, não sei quem era porque não vi . Fama de ladra de toalha de hotel sem ter pego é fogo !

Restaurante extremamente desorganizado e pedidos perdidos, quando o hotel está cheio a cozinha fica perdida e os pedidos demoram horas, a piscina estava fechada, a academia falta manutenção, não tem pesos e nem ventilador funcionando

Dos funcionários.

Cons:

As camas não são confortáveis. A cama de casal era aceitável, mas a cama de solteiro era péssima, conforto zero. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo a suor. O Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, muito aquém de um hotel com diária de 492,00 pra casal e 2 crianças pequenas. Ressalto que esse valor é para reserva antecipada. Se pagar a taxa balcão é quase 700,00. Não recomendo e não retornarei.
