Cons:

Minha namorada chegou antes de mim para o check-in. Mesmo tendo reservado antecipadamente mediante dados do cartão, a recepção não liberou que ela adentrasse o quarto antes do pagamento, sendo que eu conversei com o recepcionista via telefone informando que chegaria em 1 hora para realizar o pagamento.
Ademais, no check out, um outro recepcionista foi mal educado no trato.
