Atendimento excelente, quartos confortáveis, limpos e bonitos. Café da manhã e restaurante Madregaia com equipe nota 10.

Cons:

A única coisa é a questão do elevador. Ter que usar o cartão do quarto para escolher qual andar se pode ir. Nunca vi esse tipo de política em hotel algum. Isso atrapalha e muito o ir e vir dos hóspedes, principalmente quando a família se acomoda em mais de um andar.
