Wonderful experience, I would do it again!
Pros:

We had a wondeful experience at the hotel, it was clean and well taken care of. Also, requests for things like toilet roll and extra towels were taken care of promptly. Breakfast was also a wondeful addition with varieties to choose from. I also loved the location, it was close to the boardwalk and Assateague, so it gave an option of beaches to go to.

Cons:

It would be a wonderful gesture for hotel staff, to say hi to people as they came in rather than ignoring them.

The staff were very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

There was no maid service being offered at the time of stay. The pool is on the smaller side. The breakfast is not your typical hotel breakfast. It’s just waffles, pancakes, cereal or oatmeal.

I would not recommend this Microtel, due to the housekeeping or lack there of.
Pros:

The two young ladies at the front desk were pleasant and showed empathy that I was experiencing issues with all the rooms they tried to assign me. They even went to the 4th room and check for themselves before placing me in the room. After the headache and raised blood pressure from all the mishaps, I wasn't pleased and have nothing nice to say about this hotel.

Cons:

Upon check-in, I was assigned a room. The room had feces on the mattress cover, that I made the front desk aware of. They changed my room and the next room had blood stains on the sheets and smell of mold/mildew. Again, I said the front desk aware of this. They placed me on a higher floor, only for this 3rd room to be unclean. This room looked like it was occupied because the beds were not made, there was garbage in the cans and used towels on the sink. At this point it has been about an hour and Im upset and disgusted. I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and was told the supervisor would be in shortly. I came back to the desk about 7:30pm and asked for the supervisor/manager and was told that the supervisor/manager would not be in until tomorrow morning, but he did not know the time. I spoke with the manager(Scott) upon my check-out and explained the turmoil that I experienced and how dissatisfied I was about my stay. I asked if I can be compensated and he stated, "because I booked w/Booking.com, I would have to reach out to you for compensation". My stay felt like a Motel stay that cost $65 per night, not the $330 that I spent to be
comfortable. I have pictures, that i took of the rooms 2nd two rooms that were not cleaned. I also spoke w/a lady who I believe said she was the assistant Director and her attitude was not pleasing. We went to the room which had feces on the mattress cover and she argued me that it was not feces but "it was dried blood or something". Either way thats not acceptable for clean bedding.

Clean comfortable and would stay again.
Pros:

Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Property was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was a plus no complaints with that. Close to the areas I was visiting. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable I usually do not sleep well, I slept great there.

Cons:

My complaints are minor, 5 people stayed in the room, room service never came in to check. 2 adults and three kids after 2 days of swimming and the beach we needed new towels for showering. We had to go find them ourselves again not a big deal but we were told to leave them on the floor and they would be replaced. Also garbage was never taken out of room, we took to the dumpster outside and then had to search for someone to give us new bags.

Loved my stay I will be back next time I’m in Ocean City Maryland
Pros:

Location was convenient, hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and the general manager assistant was very helpful in aiding me with the questions I had about charges on my card.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great!!! 5 star
