The Perfect Hotel Stay
Pros:

The customer service was A+ from the front desk to the spa and everything in between. The room was clean and comfortable. There isn’t a better hotel I would choose when visiting Kigali.

I came at radisson this month with my family but we had best experience on the lounge bar, we ordered tilapia fish comes with veg and cocktail of the month but was really delicious and served on time, thank you to the lounge team

Pure thieves
Pros:

Disgusting ripoff happened to me at this hotel! They charged me 38000 instead of 13000 for coffee and pineapple juice. I called them to correct the error and then the restaurant manager contacted me on WhatsApp. I am attaching the screenshots of our conversation. Please be aware…….ther are acting like pure thieves.

Wonderful treatment
Pros:

I had a great time, the staff are all well trained, helpful and accommodating. My room was always clean and I had water enough, considering I travelled with a baby. This is so good.
Overall wonderful, however, I have pains using soft mattress and this affected me, apart from the mattress Issue I will still rate a 5 star. The rest treatment covers for the mattress

Pros:

Very beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Innocent & Marie Aimee were exceptionally helpful.
The food was really good at Filini restaurant. On Friday the hosted a barbeque dinner & live band performance that was amazing.

Izuba wellness spa experience
Pros:

I really enjoyed my time at Izuba Spa, I joined their fitness sessions a couple of times, and they were great. The trainers were helpful, the workouts were well organized, the gym is always clean and comfortable. I left feeling good every time. I definitely recommend it! Thank you manager Gustave for your assistance.

Izuba wellness Spa is the best👌 I love Saturday’s fitness sessions with the trainer Gustave. The environment is relaxing, the exercises that we are taken through really help a lot. I will choose Izuba over and over again.
