The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Check in by Irene was very seamless

Facility js beautiful and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

An excellent stay - where nothing is too much trouble
Pros:

The staff, cleanliness and comfort in the rooms. The buffet breakfast was over the top and the spa services were excellent.

Especially the staff who went above and beyond in all they did.

Cons:

There is noise and music coming from the convention centre/ fountains so if you’re a light sleeper ask for rooms facing the pool
