Silver Palms Residence

Geboekt met expeditie en alles betaald en er was geen reservatie voor ons. Dus geld kwijt en geen hotel.

Very new and clean hotel which location was not so perfect but there is tuktuk available outside of the hotel. It is 10-15 minutes to the city centre from the hotel. Better not to take in ouse massage. Therapist comes from outside of the hotel and not so good skill. Breakfast was quite good.

Not near from downtown Siem Reap but hotel Tuk Tuk helped us to and from downtown. Tuk Tuk cost is 5USD for go and back. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner were also quite OK.

Stayed here for a few days whilst travelling through Cambodia. Very convenient to take a push bike (free to borrow from hotel) and cycle to Siem Reap town or around the temples. They will also arrange a tuk-tuk to pick you up - highly recommend going on a Microlite tour which is 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk to the airfield.

Very nice modern hotel. We got upgraded to the family room which was very kind of the hotel. Located out of the tourist area with the locals and will need to pay $3 dollars each way in a tuk tuk to get to the lively Pub Street but no problem at all.

I was stayed for 3 days first week of January, the hotel is in charge of the transportación to the airport for free, bring the services to go to temple with extra charge, the breakfast was good but it is not buffet. I felt very confortable in this hotel

Très bon séjour, après un début surprise, l'hôtel étant surbooké, nous avons passé la nuit dans un autre hôtel un peu moins bien, le lendemain on était au Silver Palms.
Le gérant s'est bien rattrapé en nous faisant 50% sur tous les repas et les boissons et 30% sur toutes les tours qu'ils organisaient.
Reste du séjour super, le petit point faible, le service restauration est un peu lent.

We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast was good, the staff was so friendly and basically fulfilled us every wish, they booked cooking classes, bus tickets and pick ups for us and were able to give us basic tourist information. they have a few tuktuk drivers belonging to the hotel so there was always one available to go to the centre to have food, one of them also took us around angkhor for one whole day (15$ for the small tour).

O hotel é um oásis para o descanso após a maratona para conhecer os templos. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. O quarto é muito confortável. O banheiro é maravilhoso. O hotel é um pouco afastado do centro de Siem Reap e dos grandes hotéis da cidade, o que não chega a ser um problema pois os simpáticos motoristas de tuktuk nos levam aonde queremos em cerca de 10/15 minutos.

Quarto impecável em todos os aspectos, pessoal falta te carregar no colo para agradar.

Silver Palms Residence is by far one of the nicest accommodations I'ce ever stayed in. From checking in to checking out, the staff did everything to make us feel welcome. Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile.

The rooms were extremely luxurious and spacious, the hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious, and all the worthwhile landmarks and sights in Siem Reap were very easily accessible.

I would most definitely recommend this be your hotel of choice. Quality for value exceeded our expectations. Silver Palms Residence staff made us feel like part of their family. Should we visit Cambodia in the future, we will be definitely be staying here again.
