Pros:

Very close to everything we needed. Clean and very comfortable room.

Cons:

No elevators (although they do tell you before you arrive)
There was a mix up with my reservation but the friendly staff did take care of it for me.

Room adequate size.

Cons:

Still being renovated. A good sweeping would have helped and general repairs. No electricity to bathroom outlet. Bathroom curtain dirty and needed repair. No ramps or elevator, nor kettle, microwave,coffee etc

Great location and service
Pros:

The place was clean and has all necessary amenities. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with my requests for early check in and keeping my luggage after checking out. The location is great.

Very affordable and perfect for my purposes.
Pros:

Check in was a breeze and I was able to get my room slightly early. The staff were great. The room while small was recently renovated, clean, more than adequate for my stay and inexpensive. Everything was close by.

Cons:

The TV would have been nice if it had local channels.

バンクーバ市内を観光するにはとても立地がいいです。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。バス停も近くどこでもアクセスしやすいし、周りにスーパー、ドラックストア、24時間のカフェがある。　部屋はリノベーションされており、綺麗だった。　熱いシャワーも快適だった。

Cons:

共用の洗濯機、電子レンジがあると助かるかも。　洗濯機がないので、長期の旅行では不便かもしれません。　外食は高いので、スーパーで惣菜を買ったので、電子レンジがあると助かったかも。

Pros:

The hotel has been refurbished since my previos visit and looks great for it. The location, a short walk to the city centre in one direction, an easy walk to Stanley Park in the other, is fabulous. Many restaurants and shops close by in both directions.

Nice for Overnight Stay
Pros:

Site was under renovation so difficult to determine its future.

Cons:

No elevator onsite. Site needs basic amenities like an in-room coffee maker and hair dryer. Furniture is out dated.

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, in una bella via caratteristica ricca di ristoranti e negozi. Il centro è comodamente raggiungibile con pochi minuti di bus e lo Stanley Park è a una decina di minuti a piedi. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Purtroppo l'hotel è attualmente in ristrutturazione e le camere si trovano nella parte ancora "vecchia", risultando piuttosto trascurate e poco mantenute con un'impiantistica e un bagno molto vecchio. L'area di edificio già rifatta risulta invece molto carina, sicuramente il risultato finale promette bene!

Cons:

L'hotel è attualmente in ristrutturazione e la parte ancora originale, dove stanno le camere, risulta vecchia e trascurata. La nostra stanza era molto grande, ma dava un'idea di scarsa manutenzione con impianti e bagno poco adeguati. Sul sito si menzionava questa cosa, così come la mancanza dell'ascensore, ma ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio.
