Местоположение и персонал

Cons:

1. Горячей воды нет, душевая работает очень плохо, надо стоять и настраивать все
2. Уборка. Хаускипинг просто выкидывает мусор и протирает пол. Надо их просить чтоб поменяли постельное белье, поменяли полотенца. Мы просили аж два раза, на третий раз нам поменяли.
3. Шумоизоляции нет, слышно абсолютно всё.
4. Не подходит для семей с маленькими детьми.

Навести марафет и поддерживать чистоту в бассейне.
Pros:

Расположение, бассейн, номер с балконом, рядом прачка , рядом Старбакс , хороший завтрак

Cons:

Уборка поверхностная , номера уставшие , электронные замки ломались , вызывали сотрудника для починки , в туалете нет защелки.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this hotel!
Pros:

Reviews of this hotel are NOT true. Overall, the hotel is old, smelly, dirty, and just plain gross. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Cons:

The moment we stepped into the room, we were hit with a bad smell — clearly someone had been smoking in there before us. The stench of cigarettes was everywhere: in the air, in the towels, even in the bedding. By the end of our stay, all of our clothes smelled like smoke too.

The cleanliness was shocking — we found black hair all over the floor as soon as we entered. The room in general felt dirty and worn down, with outdated furniture and a very unpleasant vibe.

We booked a “landmark view” and a “city view” room — what a joke! Room just faced the walls of nearby building and ongoing construction. No views at all, just concrete.

The window isn’t fully covered by curtains, so expect to be woken up by bright sunlight around 6 am. The air conditioner was either blasting freezing cold air or not working at all — no in-between — and the thin blanket they provide is useless. We were freezing at night and couldn’t sleep properly.

The shower is poorly designed — you’ll get soaked from head to toe just trying to adjust the temperature. And the worst part? The toilet area is made of glass. Zero privacy — you’ll hear every sound your partner makes. Extremely uncomfortable.

Breakfast was absolutely disgusting — greasy, tasteless slop. I couldn’t even drink the coffee. The glasses for water were dirty, with visible stains and marks, like they hadn’t been washed properly. We ended up eating out every morning, even though breakfast was included.

Pros:

Staff was not overly friendly. We paid extra for a room with a balcony. The balcony faced an empty building, zero view of anything. Breakfast was mediocre. This was our least favorite hotel out of the 8 we stayed at. The location was nice but plenty of better options in the area.
