В отеле чистенько. Уютные номера , расположение отеля отличное. Так же понравилась цена, очень хорошая для таких апартаментов

Cons:

Нас было двое, бронь так же была на двоих, но в номере был только один комплект постельного белья и полотенец , к сожалению мы приехали вечером и из персонала никого не увидели уже.

Med tanke på priset var det ok. Så det var inte dåligt men inte heller jättebra. Personalen var likgiltig och hade jag betalat ett par hundra mer hade jag kanske blivit påkostat ett leende.

Kein Frühstück, Treppe zum Hotel sehr schmutzig, self-checkin hat nicht funktioniert und ich musste spontan für die erste Nacht ein anderes Hotel finden, da auch niemand telefonisch erreichbar war... Am Abend habe Ich dann noch zwei Stunden versucht jemanden zu erreichen bzw den self-checkin widerholt, da dort auf dem Display stand "versuchen sie es später noch einmal". Erst am nächsten Tag gegen 9:00 konnte ich jemanden im Hotel erreichen. Bei der Rückerstattung haben sie dann irgendwas getrickst. Ich habe für die erste Nacht nur effektiv nur 40€ zurück erhalten, weil die erste Nacht angeblich nur 40€ kostet. Bei einer Verweil-Dauer von 4 Nächten und Gesamtpreis von 189€. Wahrscheinlich haben sie das Problem oft und haben sich dafür etwas spezielles einfallen lassen die erste Nacht im preis zu senken, damit sie etwas weniger zurückzahlen müssen.... Sehr raffiniert.... ;-) Dass ich im anderen Hotel für die Nacht mehr bezahlt habe, hat niemanden interessiert... Ein Schelm wer böses denkt...

Fernsehen ging nicht. Nur wenige Programme...
Räume übelst hellhörig.
Und das für den Preis. Viel zu teuer. Möchte eine Entschädigung!!!
Ist für mich kein Hotel.

Ich habe dieses Hostel gewählt, weil es in der Nähe der tunesischen Botschaft liegt, wo ich um 9:00 Uhr einen Termin hatte. Ich wohne in Plauen und bin deshalb schon am Vortag früh in Berlin angekommen, um pünktlich zu sein. Das Hotel ist ruhig, und die Rezeptionistin war trotz meiner späten Ankunft sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Einzelzimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, sauber und gut organisiert. Ich habe gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts beurteilen, weil ich zu spät angekommen bin...Ich glaube, es war 8:30 oder 9:00 Uhr und ich war müde von der Reise... aber ich habe nichts Negatives zu berichten... alles war super 👍

Das Zimmer war sauber und überschaubar.

Cons:

- Der Check-in wurde auf Booking.com sowie per Mail ab 14 Uhr angezeigt. Dies wurde kurzfristig auf 15 Uhr geändert und ich musste eine Stunde draußen warten.
- Es ist super hellhörig (im 1. Stock). Ich habe von überall Geräusche gehört und die U-Bahn.

Beautiful, classic, spacious, hassle free
Pros:

Very beautiful, very spacious rooms. The automatic check-in and check-out are very fast, smooth and hassle free. The price is nice, even when there's a big event going on and the classic look and feel of the building gave my stay a warm, welcome feeling. I highly recommend this hotel and I will make use of it again next year. Thank you!
