If you’re looking for reasonably priced accommodation within easy reach of Messe Berlin and don’t mind minimal service,
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel while attending IFA Berlin. Given the price and convenient location, I would recommend it.

Cons:

Keep in mind that this is very much a no-frills hotel. During my four-night stay, there was no room cleaning or housekeeping service.

如果不是离IFA展会更近，我们绝对不会订这家
Pros:

离IFA展会非常近，旁边就是地铁站以及汽车中心站，交通非常方便。附近也有几家超市，对面还有个夜里营业的烤肉店，吃东西不用担心。

Cons:

我订的是4人间，并且我查询过，我勾选2个成人，和3个成人，价钱是一样的。一开始我只有2个人住，第二天我朋友要来跟我借住一下，我找服务人员要多一床被子，收了我二十多欧。我真的不是很理解。网速非常慢，上行不到1m/s。卫生很差，马桶冲水半坏，墙边有血液点状喷射残留，沙发床咯吱咯吱响。虽说是展会期间，但这个价格配上这个入住体验，非常不值得

Die Lage zur Messe ist gut.

Cons:

Zimmer sind mittlerweile gut in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist sehr alt und der Geruch ist etwas komisch.
