Pretty much everything…the 1 bed was hard, we booked a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed and was given a king suite with a sofa without any bedding. My son had to put a comforter off the king bed and blankets from the car in this odd space to sleep because there were 4 of us and couldn’t make the arrangements work. I paid $40 extra to book a queen room, they wouldn’t give me back the difference and didn’t have any other rooms. Staff was rude and too concerned talking to the staff from the adjoining hotel. Manager was suppose to call or email about issues. Still haven’t heard back almost a week later. The shower was handicap accessible but to the point it couldn’t be properly cleaned or used if you were taller than 5 feet tall. Mold all over, water damage on the floors. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken. They wouldn’t answer when you called from a cell phone. Then the front desk called the room saying we called 911. It was the oddest experience ever.
