Pros:

Bra läge med lite lugnare trafik utanför. Vårt rum, en svit, hade en oslagbar panoramautsikt. Mycket fint!

Pros:

A személyzet 95%-a fantasztikus volt. A tengerhez csak egy egyirányú úton kellett átmenni. Az étkezés változatos, de a második héten voltak hiányosságok.

Cons:

Ha ne kértem takarítást, akkor nem kaptam palackozott vizet a szobámba. Csak a 10. napon kaptam tiszta ágyneműt a maradék 3 éjszakára. Szerintem egy hét után cserélni illett volna. Kicsit zajos volt.

Härligt och avslappnat. Väldigt god och varierad mat, goda smaker.
Pros:

Närmare än så här kommer man inte stranden. Oerhört trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som gjorde att vi kände oss avslappnade och bekväma.

Cons:

Väldigt små balkonger med plats för två mindre stolar men inte plats för bord.

Ruoka (aamiainen, lounas, päivällinen) erittäin hyvä ja vaihteleva. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä. Ystävällinen ja auttava henkilökunta. Varasimme standard huoneen, mutta saimme sviitin +++. WC: n bidee lisäplussana.

Great value for the money. We had a nice stay!
Pros:

The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything necessary. Small balcony with nice view. The cleaning lady provided us with fresh towels every day. With the all-inclusive package, you can get drinks at the bar almost anytime, and the pool was also very nice. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The only thing missing was real orange juice for breakfast instead of the ready-made ones.

Apart from that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa, who was very welcoming and very talkative. We really enjoyed these small conversations.

The location is great as well – right in front of Cleopatra Beach and only a few minutes by car or bus to the city center.

Cons:

The rooms could have been cleaner when we arrived, and it would have been nice if water had been provided in the room or minibar during the whole stay.

The beach itself is nice, but be aware that it’s very rocky with sharp edges, which makes it quite hard to enter the water and the waves are very strong.

Snäll personal i receptionen som uppgraderade vår rum. Fin utsikt från balkongen och rummet har allt som behövs: kylskåp, air condition , möjlighet att göra te/ kaffe

Cons:

Frukosten var helt okej men resten av måltiderna var inte så bra. Min man blev magsjuk och vi var på rummet flera dagar. Otrevlig personal i restaurangen ( Onur) som skällde på oss på grund av att vi var 3 minuter tidiga på frukost! Försökte förklara att vi har bokat en utflykt och dom hämtar oss inom en halvtimme, men han skrek mer och tyckte att jag skulle sluta ” babbla ”( det var hans uttryck! Mycket otrevligt!

Everything was up to our expectations
