Excellent facility
Pros:

We always stay at this place when we travel to Cullman because it is so clean, staff are so helpful and it is close to restaurants.

Stay was good and I got charged by booking.com for the wrong booking that was in Booking.com error.
Cons:

The fact that Booking.com is totally uncooperative with correcting the error they made with my booking.
This is unacceptable I had to rebook with the hotel to get what I needed all the time Booking.com was not responding to my satisfaction as a potential customer.

Booking.com needs to improve their communication with the customer.
