Great location - walking distance to underground stations and also in a safe and clean area.

The hotel is basic and does what it offers: standard accommodation in a convenient location.

Expect very small rooms. Generally clean. Staff friendly.

TINY room for 300 quid per night. Absolute joke.

The room was small but fine for one night the downside was the noise we were in room 012 in the basement we hardly had any sleep cinstant dound of running water some sort of generator outside which made noise all night & people in the breakfast area scraping chairs along the floor

Shortly after checkin, had some issues with bad smell coming from shower - notified staff and they immediately changed my room.
Location of hotel is very close to Euston station, making underground and train transportation very convenient.

Good location near Euston - easy access for train and tube. A little noisy facing Upper Woburn but I did still get a good night’s sleep. POD room is good for one- two would be a squeeze. Staff were very helpful.

Location was excellent and the facilities were clean and there was always someone happy to help in the lobby, with additional area to sit and relax. The rooms are very small but clean and as advertised.

A lot of dust in my room, towels all equipments. Understood for the small room size but you can do something better furniture for the small room. Like table which able to fold. But over all is good.

The room was so tiny, we couldn’t fit our bags in the room let alone open them up. The bed was the size of the room and I had to keep my luggage in the shower. It was the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. Very glad we were only staying one night :(

Hôtel was lovely but the room was a bit smaller than I realized. Okay for a short stay but don’t recommend for families with kids.

There was a mistake made by myself during my booking and the staff took care of our needs without any hassle at all. We were treated royally that made all the difference in our stay. I will be back! Cheers!

Exceptional staff providing excellent service

Okay for short stay

The staff were super lovely on our short stay in london, they were super polite and check in was easy and fast, as well our room was upgraded for free which was a lovely surprise . The room was great and had all the basic necessities & was clean and modern. A good location as well, there are many tube stops in the area as well as cafes and shops a short walk away.

Try good hotel but unfortunately aircon didn’t work properly

Had a good stay

The room was quiet and good for a short stay. The room was small and had to store luggage under the bed or behind door. Bed was comfortable and the shower good. The breakfast was good and coffee better than average.
