We kregen een gratis upgrade en dus weet ik niet hoe de kleine kamer is die ik geboekt had. De kamer was nog steeds klein, maar heel slim en effectief ingericht. Verrassend groot en goed bed. Douche was fantastisch, maar rest badkamer erg klein. Alles prima in orde en schoon. Personeel bijzonder aardig en ontbijt was uitstekend. Vlak bij treinstation voor de Eurostar naar Amsterdam of Parijs en metro voor de stad. Prima ervaring. Voor twee nachten prima. Gratis bagageruimte en koffie, thee en water met smaakjes.
Eigenlijk niks. Prijs was ook goed.

The location was fantastic, a stone's throw from Euston Station. The cleanliness was good. The bathroom was good. There's a handy coffee shop attached to the foyer of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and check-in was speedy.
The rooms are extremely small and not value for money. There's no room to walk around and climb in to the bed. There's also no wardrobe to hang clothes, just hooks in different locations on the walls. I don't believe this hotel offers value for money. I think it could and should be priced 25% lower.
The rooms are very small, but the small size of the rooms is made up by the exceptionally brilliant staff.
The location is perfect and very close to all the main attractions and also nice restaurants around.

POD rooms are probably transits , where overnight stays are the target audience, it’s small and could be claustrophobic
Such a convenient location for trains, busses and the underground. The staff were all super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Loved the addition of being able to order into the hotel and eat in the downstairs seating area after a long day and night at Wembley and loved the fact that they have complimentary iced squash, cold water and tea & coffee available 24/7 too from the lobby - a small touch but made a HUGE difference on a long hot day where he hasn’t drank enough at all. The breakfast was fantastic, simple and tasty hot food to choose from, juices, cold meats cheeses and pasties out as well as fresh fruit and the staff were very attentive so always replenished before anything could run out. They even catered for people who couldn’t have the hot food out and offered them alternatives which was a lovely touch! The bed was SUPER comfortable, pillows were plentiful and comfy, AC excellent and doesn’t turn off when you leave the room either so we were welcomed back with a beautiful cool room. Shower pressure was good and so nice to have a separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Check out time was also fantastic - we were expecting 10am!
