Exellent emplacement pour un hôtel parfait.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait très bien. Le personnel vraiment chamant.
La literie exellente.

Did the job, lovely reception staff. Room was not worth the high price tag and I felt claustrophobic.
Pros:

The reception staff were fantastic! Pooja was excellent and there for my every need and was lovely to talk to. The location was fantastic for my work trip! The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the TV being at the foot of it - as I sleep with background noise it was easy to relax with the television on.

Cons:

A few things. One, the noise. Not only from the street but the neighbours. I could hear everything from the room next to me due to poor soundproofing and even heard the neighbours having a dump which was pretty off putting. The door to the room next to me was unlocked as well - so i could easily access the room next to me / vice versa which I found really unsettling as someone couldve entered at any given moment. The bathroom is tiny, as a tall man, I had no space for anything. The room itself advertises as a small room I get that, but in person it is even smaller than the pictures online and honestly due to this I probably would not stay again. There is also NO storage at all, so don’t bring a large suitcase otherwise you won’t have any room.

Idéalement situé et calme.
Pros:

Hôtel calme, bien que situé dans un quartier animé. Emplacement idéal à quelques centaines de mètre des gares.
Le lit est confortable.
Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

La chambre est très petite et il n'est pas possible de faire le tour du lit. C'est compliqué quand on est 2.

Good location, clean, even the lower floor rooms.

Cons:

The staff. I was charged twice. Booking.com said they would fix this but I never received the invoice. The hotel never properly replied.

Pros:

Hôtel situé en face de la station Euston train et métro. Petit déjeuner très complet et personnel agréable.literie très confortable.

Cons:

La chambre très petite et la salle de bain exiguë ( lave main à la place d'un vrai lavabo et pas de place pour poser ses accessoires de toilette ). Chambres sur rue assez bruyantes ( malgré la double fenetre)

Poor: will not stay there agin!"

Extremely small room, I know it was described as a pod, but this was ridiculous!!, I just about fitted in the bed (I am 6'2 and 91Kg) which was the full room width

The experience was great and I highly recommend them.
Pros:

Bed was nice and comfy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, only caught Soby’s name from the front desk, he and the others were a big help.
