Disappointing
Pros:

The property has really good public transport links and the rooms are soundproofed

Cons:

We checked in quickly and left immediately. Upon returning at night, we noticed a shocking amount of dust on every surface: the bedside table, headboard, windowsill, and bathroom. It felt as though only the sheets and towels had been changed. I wiped everything down with wet wipes, but my partner is severely allergic to dust and still woke up with hives.

The next morning, we requested a room change. The receptionist said it was impossible but promised a deep clean. I also mentioned the safe listed on Booking.com was missing; she laughed and insisted it was 100% there, though it wasn't. After being out all day, we returned to find the dust was still there; they had only changed the linen again.

I took photos and went back to reception. Fortunately, a different member of staff listened, apologised, looked at the photos, and moved us to a spotless room that actually included a safe. If it had not been for her, I would have filed a formal complaint.

Also the room was incredibly expensive for what it actually was, though I understand prices were inflated due to many events happening in London that weekend.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, although had to change tables half way through as when I returned to my table my cup of tea and yoghurt had been cleaned away! Location was good

Cons:

Location, tube only a short walk but unfortunately it was closed for the whole weekend, maybe be heads up from the staff would be helpful?

Good location, wouldn’t return due to air con/room deposit situation.
Pros:

Location good, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was boiling on arrival and high windows that do not open. To have air con or heating on you have to go to reception and they have to physically control it by going into another room and turning it on or off, not sure how this would work late at night when reception isn’t it manned. Also 2 weeks later and I still haven’t had the 100 pound hold they take on arrival back onto my card despite a phone call and an email. Rang yesterday and got ‘I am not a manager so phone back tomorrow’.

Great place for a visit to London. Close to St Pancreas station and Euston station.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple, but fine. Staff was friendly and forthcoming. Room was clean and airco worked great. Location is also nice; walking distance from St Pancreas, but also very close to bus stops and Euston station.

Cons:

Only improvement would be one or two shelves to be able to place some clothes. Also a place in the bathroom to be able to put your toiletries would be an improvement.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room had all I needed in terms of facilities

Cons:

It was next door to a laundry room I assume, and I could hear whirring washing machines all night - it was not good value for money - I paid £421 for 1 night for a double bed against a wall, the room was small, and the shower water pressure was not good

GREAT STAY APART FROM THE LACK OF SPACE TO PUT SHOES ON IN THE ROOM

I AM 6FT 4INS TALL WITH SIZE 13 FEET I STRUGGLED TO PUT MY SHOES AND SOCKS ON WITH THE LIMITED SPACE BETWEEN THE BED AND THE WALL AND NOT HAVING A CHAIR TO SIT ON
