Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Good for short stay.

Cons:

No coffee/tea facilities in the room, although there was a vending machine in the lobby.

The hotel provided everything that we needed for our stay and the staff were helpful and considerate.
Pros:

We really liked the location, close to the main railway station.
The owners have tried to keep as many features of the original hotel as possible.
The breakfast was excellent.

The location was very close to the train station which as convenient. Close proximity to Plaza Mayor and other must sees in Madrid.

Estancia acertada
Pros:

Elegí este hotel al estar justo en frente de la estación de Atocha. Tenía que coger después del viaje en tren, autobús al aeropuerto al día siguiente y fue un acierto. Súper limpio y confortable, precio muy bueno.

Ubicación a pasos de Atocha. Buenos servicios
Pros:

Ubicación excelente para tomar el tren en Atocha. A la vuelta del Museo Reina Sofía y se puede ir caminando a los puntos turísticos de la ciudad.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña e interna pero con todas las comodidades. En un estancia anterior me tocó las habitaciones más antiguas y estaban muy bien.

Ubicación ideal, cómodo y agradable
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas. Está muy bien ubicado en general la habitación era agradable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y el personal muy amable y servicial lo resolvió y nos movieron de habitación. Muy buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Mejoraría un poco la limpieza había algunos pelos en la ducha y debajo de la cama unas colillas de cigarro. Y el mantenimiento de los aires. Ya que no enfriaba tanto. Del resto todo muy bien

Perfect place for short city break
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were travelling on by train. the room was really nice and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of cafes nearby. Also close to parks and art galleries. About half an hour’s walk to the main square.
