Pros:

Goede douche en matrassen

Cons:

Geen hoeslakens, onderlaken verschoof steeds, ik lag steeds op kaal matras en moest een paar keer per nacht mijn laken weer goed instoppen.
Geen haakjes of handdoek rek in badkamer voor kleding of natte handdoeken uit te hangen. Ook geen echte toegangsdeur naar badkamer. Vond ik wel gebrek aan privacy met een vriendin samen op kamer.
Omslachtig om van receptie naar kamer te komen...van begane grond eerst naar 2e etage over loopbrug...dan weer naar beneden om in kamer op 1 etage te komen en vice versa..ook vanuit restaurant hetzelfde..en mijn hotelkaart werkte niet altijd even goed. Stond ook onduidelijk aangeven bij en in de lift waar je de kaart tegen moest houden.
Ook vond ik het een gemis om geen koelkastje in de kamer te hebben.

Zware tegenvaller.
Pros:

Perfecte bediening in restaurant zoals gewoonlijk en uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Recepdiedame bij vertrek en mevrouw die thermostaat kwam bijstellen uitstekend.

Cons:

De dame van de receptie koos voor de aanval en betweterig discussiesfeer i.p.v. voor de hulprol toen onze betaling reeds door Booking.com bleek te zijn afgeschreven en zij een dubbele betaling eiste. Zij was en bleef gefocussed op interne regels i.p.v. op klantproces en/of klantpositie.
Toestand vloerbedekking in gangen zeer slecht met grote kale volledig versleten plekken. Schoonmaakdienst was blijkbaar het restaurant al geruime tijd vergeten. Vuil onder de tafels en gore vlekken in vloerbedekking. Wand badkamer van kamer zwaar beschadigd door klant-ongeluk of verkeerd gestuurde schoonmaakkar. Temperatuur kamer veel te laag en personeel moest thermostaat ter plekke hoger afstellen. Grote staande schemerlamp defect. Absoluut niet passend mini toiletborsteltje, wat dan ook 45graden in houder scheef stond. Al met al een onverkwikkelijke realiteit.
