Great location. Clean overall. Courteous staff

Cons:

Lighting in room (#650) was very spare and poor. The ceiling in the room was unfinished, showing grey concrete slabs and done moisture patches. It darkened a room that slready had very poor lighting. Charging connections were very poor and outdated.

Would look elsewhere if staying near Union Station again.
Pros:

Front desk staff is critical to your impression of a hotel. We did not feel welcome.

Cons:

The offer of credit toward purchases to offset the $25 fee were insufficient, just causing you to spend more money in the hotel.

It was such a wonderful stay and the hotel staff were great.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional and location was prime. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel bar and restaurant were also super enjoyable with the kindest bartenders and wait staff.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the rack holding the shampoo, conditioner, and soap fell off of the wall. The rack was held on just by double tape. That was the only issue.
