OYO 304 Zero Hour Hotel

Grosse arnaque, hotel fermé mais continue à prendre des réservations. Aucune personne sur place, impossible à joindre par tel. Ce lieu ne loue qu à l année d après les résidents sur place. Pourquoi le site le propose toujours alors que je l ai signalé ?

There is a band playing outside the hotel at 1 am, but the staff did not say anything about it, but in the morning, I and my friend just chatting slowly got scold by the staff said that we disturbing others, while the hotel didn't have any guest. And they didn't said anything about the security deposit. and the picture really misleading, the room is not that big, it is just enough size to put queen bed and did not have any space.

立地は中心街に有り大きい屋台街が近くにあり、
KLタワーも割と近いです。
伊勢丹も徒歩圏内。
Pavilionも徒歩圏内。
地下鉄とモノレール駅も近くに有り。
外の音が良く聞こえますがあの価格なので文句ないです。

It was convenient, however they did not mention that there is a band that plays outside every night between 1am to 4am... i could sleep at all.

Ok for cheap stay. I reserve online family room for 2 Queen bed and paid online. After arrived at counter he ask me to pay more RM30 because I have 2adult 2 children.

A bit dirty

Что бронировал, то и получил. Оживленное место, много кафе, ресторанов, рядом целая ночная улица еды, рядом метро и монорельс, обмен валют до глубокой ночи, в радиусе 2 км основные достопримечательности. Это место никогда не спит и вам придется то же. Если вы не любите шум- это место не ваше. В номере обстановка аскетичная, но все необходимое есть.

Reasonable enough. They kindly keep my backpack even on the day I did NOT stay at this hotel. I really appreciated their kind extra service.

Double rooms are pretty small, limited room with luggage but a cheaper option in Bukit Bintang and everything is on your doorstep, malls, nightlife, food streets, attractions. The guy who is always at reception during the day is extremely kind and helpful, will always help with your luggage and says hello every time he sees you. The Showers in the room are not powerful at all but as a backpacker, a hot shower is better than a cold one so what the heck - I won't really complain about that! After 3 nights, we moved to a family room because they were fully booked and on the day of check out, we ended up checking back in because we missed our bus but got the same room and I'm sure the bedding hadn't been changed. The cleaner is the only downside to the hotel, she doesn't smile, she doesn't say hello, just a straight look of misery every time you cross paths. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would go back.

Located right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, hotel is perfect for exploring the city and experiencing the culture. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Highly recommended for explorers and bag-packers.

Extremely difficult to find any sort of parking in this area

The room I booked was not the one I received. I booked for a queen bed and the gave a single one telling me that because I was alone I don't deserve a queen bed?? It doesn't make sense, that was the room I booked and when the customer service called, she didn't care about that and ask me to call my travel agency. Very rude people. That was a very bad experience.

The hotel had a really good location, but the rooms were small and it was gard to sleep because of noice

It located center of jalan alor...better choose the room more quite one... Because the room I stayed is very noisy at night. For whose that sensitive with noise, better bring ear bud or what. I OK with the room. Just a bit noisy... So far so good.

Great place,friendly staff

I understand that I pay a low price for the room but it supposed to be same with the picture right. The room was too small and not clean because I found things from previous guest and the bed sheet not too clean. The hotel staffs are good.
