Faltou cortesia e amabilidade dos funcionarios da recepção.

Localização boa, facil de achar

Cons:

Pessoal da recepção pouco prestativo e pouco atencioso, naõ foram nada simpaticos. A cozinha atrasou os pedidos e esqueceu de fazer um prato pedido e fecharam as 22hs e não fizeram e nem deram outra opção a não ser procurar outro local para comer ou pedir pelo ifood.

Tive uma ótima experiencia no Ibis, desde atendentes competentes, atenciosos e muito profissionais. O quarto limpo, confortável, fui super bem atendido e quando pedi um travesseiro extra, prontamente me atenderam. Recomento e certamente vou me hospedar outras vezes nesta rede de hotéis.
