Pros:

駐車場は提携のものがないのでご注意を。地上の駐車場は満車で立体駐車場を利用しました。入り口がわかりにくいので予め調べた方がよいです。
APAはコスパいいです。お部屋綺麗だし。設備も充実。ただ、朝食をもっと軽くお安く食べれる選択肢があるといいなあ。

子供連れで宿泊でした。
駅前の立地と提携駐車場の特異性から徒歩で夕食が食べれるところを探しましたが周辺は居酒屋しかなかったのがとても残念でした。
ホテルのスタッフ対応や清潔感が良かったです。
子供連れには向かないホテルです。

2度目の利用、初めての連泊でした。
清掃はデフォルトでは入らず希望者のみと、環境に配慮した仕組みとなっています。
タオル交換も同様です。
ですが、特に希望を出していないにも関わらず、翌日、ドアノブに新しいタオルがかけられていて謎でした。夏だったからですかね。

それ以外は空調設備がやや古いぐらいで、特に気になることはありませんでした。
贅沢を言わせて貰うと、グラスと同様に洗って使いまわせるフォークとスプーンが置いていただけると、コンビニで食事を調達したときに割り箸をもらわずに済むかな、というぐらいです。

朝食バイキングがとてもおいしかった。山形のダシや赤カブの漬物、お蕎麦やそうめんなど、朝から食べやすいものを出してくださるのがありがたかったです。空調でいつも喉をやられがちですが、寒すぎず快適でした。シャワーが高機能のもので、とても使いよかったです。

Pros:

ベッドのマットレスが柔らかすぎました。また、洗面所の栓が、開閉不可でおどろきました。一度閉めると自力では開けられなくなります。コンタクト洗浄で流れるのを防止するために栓をするのは普通ですし、水をためて何かを洗うこともできないので、ぜひ改善を求めます。

娘の意見。朝食ビュッフェで選んでいる時、女性スタッフさんにじーっと見られていたのでプレッシャーで嫌な気持ちになり選びにくかった。実際見ていないとしても立ってこちらの方を見ていたら見られてると感じます。何か伝えたいことがあるなら言うべきだし、要がないなら客に限らず人としてじーっとガン見する人は失礼だし不快です。ちなみに娘はとくにマナー違反はしてません。

I just stayed here one night as part of a longer journey. The hotel is a few steps away from the station, so it’s super convenient! The staff were all super friendly and the room was very comfortable.

チェックインもチェックアウトもスピーディーでした。
部屋はコンパクトですが、一人利用には不便はありませんでした。アメニティやリフレッシュメントが過剰でないことがとても好感が持てました。掃除も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。

駅からはすぐのところにあります。空港からは離れていますが、空港から駅のバスが運行されています。専用駐車場はありませんが、周辺の駐車場は豊富です。

駅前から徒歩10分圏内に飲食店、コンビニ、スーパー、スタバ、ドラッグストア、素敵な喫茶店(営業日は金〜月)があり、特に不便はありませんでした。
