Tolle Unterkunft in Hakone mit Komfort mitten in der Natur, tolles Essen
Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in der Natur und doch mit Hakone Free Pass alles gut zu erreichen. Schöner Onsen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr freundliches Personal, wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Eine Oase der Ruhe, in der Natur , hatten wir uns so vorgestellt.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Architektur sind sehr ansprechend. Die Möglichkeit, zu jeder Zeit im Onsen zu entspannen und sich danach von der kompetenten Physiotherapeutin massieren zu lassen, das ist schon toll.

Классное место! Комфортно, очень вкусная неяпонская еда. И ужин и завтрак – замечательные, на любой вкус. Забота о гостях – учитывают пищевые особенности, аллергии, вегетарианство. Большие комнаты с минималистичным дизайном. Хороший онсен

Cons:

Нам не повезло с погодой - лил дождь. И на лестнице образовалась грязная лужа. Мы все в белой обуви, приходилось туда наступать. Учитывая высокий уровень заботы о гостях я думаю что-то придумают, чтобы лужа не скапливалась

Reception building and the cafe building is beautiful

Cons:

The main downside of this stay was the lack of power outlets in the room. There were very few outlets overall, and especially none around the bedside area, which made it quite inconvenient.

Another point was the bathroom design. Considering the price, the setup was not very satisfactory. It’s quite unusual to see the shower area and toilet separated by a zipper-style partition at this price level, and it felt more like a much more basic accommodation.

Given the overall rate, I would suggest reconsidering and improving the bathroom design, as it does not quite match the expectations for this price range
