Beautiful spot
Pros:

Onsen was a great experience, products in the rooms and onsen were loving, breakfast great, room very comfortable, idyllic spot

Cons:

I think getting from the station on bus can be quite hectic with luggage, it always seemed to be super packed with people and taxis in the area are limited

Terrific staff, restful setting.
Pros:

It was a beautiful setting and wonderful architecture. Wonderful staff and plentiful and interesting meals. Our first night’s room was very lovely. We stayed an extra night. That room was fine, but not as beautiful as the room we had the first night.

Pros:

המבנה של המסעדה והקבלה מקסים. המבנה של חדר הקפה מקסים החדרים גדולים ויפייפיים ושתולים בלב היער. אבל. המקום פשוט לא מתוחזק. בריכת האונסן החיצונים נראית רע והעץ מרקיב. החלונות (ויש המון כאלה במבנה הזה) פשוט לא נקיים וזה ממש מבעאס לראות איך מקום נפלא כזה שוקע לבינוניות בגלל תחזוקה ירודה.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. ארוחת הערב טובה. כטבעוני וצמחונית צמחוני היו לנו פחות אופציות אבל הם ממש השתדלו.

This falls into my top 3 favorites of Hakone hands down
Pros:

Amazing lighting and art, friendly staff that remember my name from previous visits, amazing breakfast beyond any other hotel I’ve experienced. The rooms are cozy and truly a retreat. Onsen water quality is exceptional

2回目の宿泊です。客室や美味しいコーヒーが飲めたりする点が気に入っていて、お部屋やお風呂では今回も気持ちよく過ごせました。

Cons:

ホスピタリティが細やかではなかった点が気になりました。

夕食を楽しみにしていて、メインの前まではとても美味しくいただいたのですが、メインのお肉がいまいちでした。付け合わせのキャベツも芯の部分が硬く食べられませんでした。また、こちらの確認不足だったことが原因ではありますが、フリードリンクのような文言が書いてあるドリンクメニューを見させられて、飲み放題？みたいなことを言われたのでフリーだと思っていたのに、結局有料だった点も残念でした。
夜中にどうしてもなことがありフロントに電話をかけましたが、5回くらいかけてやっと繋がりました。もし夜間は連絡が繋がらない時間帯があるのであればあらかじめチェックインの際に一言欲しかったです。

高いホスピタリティを求めるのであればここではないのかなと今回感じました。

最高でした。ゆっくり緑を見ながら、読書や温泉を楽しめました。
Pros:

静かで、リトリートできました。お料理も美味しく、好きな時にカフェを楽しめたのもよかったです。コーヒーも本格的で、これが無料なのはかなりお得感がありました。
温泉もあり、脱衣所も清潔でよかったです。
