Pros:

Beautiful grounds, comfortable room with an amazing view. Loved the onsen. Breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly kind, free coffee and tea.

Pros:

ボードゲームができる施設、無料ドリンクや軽食、さらには靴下までもらえて特別感があった。
温泉の露天風呂が最高だった。
朝食がとても美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋を案内してくれたスタッフにどこで靴を脱げばいいのか聞き、靴下の状態で部屋の説明を聞いていたが、その間スタッフ自身はずっと土足で部屋の中を歩いていて不快に感じた。
1日目の15時から空調を10度設定でつけていたが、その日の就寝時間23時頃まで湿気がすごくてずっと暑かった。

箱根は家からも近くて、気晴らしに何度も行っているが、同価格帯の他施設と比べて、スタッフ対応と飯が圧倒的にいい

虫フレンドリーなので、部屋内の虫対策をしたいけど、グッズがない。

Pros:

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, территория очень красивая, и завтрак довольно разнообразный. Природа вокруг включая насекомых и лягушек, которые проживают прямо на территории

Cons:

В погоне за дизайном отель оказался неудобным, много скользких мест, острые углы у мебели об которые бьёшься пальцами ног, потрёпанный онсен. Кофе который заявлен как бесплатный, не вкусный и постоянно перегретый, хотя делается на прекрасной кофемашине.

最高！　絶対にまた泊まりにきます。
Pros:

雨の日も陽が差しても気持ちのいい空間で、食事もお庭も最高でした。
お風呂に虫一つ、はっぱ１枚浮かんでおらず、感激しました。
お食事は、ぜひつけたほうがいいと思います。

Cons:

夜、森に少しでもライトアップがあったらいいなと思いました。
真っ暗になると、カーテン閉めちゃうので。
せめて10時くらいまでとか・・・
野生の生き物に迷惑ですかね・・・。
