Estancia ideal. 100% recomendable
Pros:

Ubicación muy cómoda para explorar la zona entre Gora, Togendai y el lago Ashi.
El hotel es una maravilla e ideal para los que busquen unos días de harmonía y desconexión. Los espacios son preciosos, la habitación muy adecuada y el onsen muy agradable. También nos encantó el desayuno -muy completo y saludable- además de la cena en el restaurante que fue increíble.
Nos gustó mucho el hecho de que haya una cafetería siempre abierta donde sirven café y té grais a los huéspedes, que siempre puedes acompañar de su pastelería propia. En definitiva, todo perfecto.

La rapport qualité prix n’est pas là. Amis français ne réservez pas dans. Et établissement car c’est une nourriture fusion mais du coup sans intérêt pour nous.

林の中の建物で、小鳥などを観察できるよう工夫がなされており好感をが持てた。喫茶棟、外部での焼き芋など工夫の様子があり、宿泊客が楽しめる仕組みは
素晴らしい。部屋にテレビが置かれておらず、非日常性を楽しめた。

Cons:

トイレの壁はコンクリートの打ちっぱなし、少々雑。
風呂場まで外を歩く必要があり、腰痛持ちには遠く、結局1回しか入らなかった。
風呂場の洗剤、シャンプーなどの表示が小さく読み取りにくく、なんとも不便だった。男風呂の露天への入り口の床のぬめりのため、転倒の憂き目に遭った。要改善

Perfect place to retreat and recharge
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay. We were on the fence about upgrading to the room with the fireplace. It was the highlight of our winter stay! It had just snowed the day before our arrival and the scenery was picture-perfect. We didn't want to leave our room. I also appreciated in particular the amount of ambient light source and the high ceilings. Having many small floor and table lamps to choose from meant that we could adjust the lighting to fit our evening fireplace mood. Our early onsen visit was the perfect way to start the day. Even the path to get there that takes you through the woods set the ambiance so perfectly. And getting to soak while looking out at the snowy landscape and icicles was magical. Really, truly, a retreat! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Room service food options were limited though the presentation was fabulous. The walls and our door were indeed scuffed and in need of a touch-up as other reviews noted. For us, it didn't detract from the experience, it was just something we noticed. Would have loved if the curtains next to the bed were a thicker material to keep out the light. The background music at breakfast broke from the beautiful ambiance that the food and architecture were evoking.

Pros:

雪が降っていて、バスが途中までしか行かない、かつタクシーも長蛇の列、という状況の中、バスが行くところまで車でお迎えに来てくださるという柔軟な対応が素晴らしかったです。
また、帰りも同様に雪で足止めになっていたところ、待っている間も大変丁寧に対応してくださり、本来であれば大変な旅になるところが、むしろ特別な体験になりました。

何も考えず、ゆっくりできる
Pros:

都心からバスで最寄りまでアクセスできるため、座っていたら着く手軽さが気楽でよかったです。
箱根で車なしは不便かと思ったのですが、意外と周辺の登山バス網が整備されており、ポーラ美術館や富士山の見えるカフェなど、観光もゆっくりできました。
当日思い立って1人旅でしたが、1人でもあまり気を使うこともなく、ゆっくり過ごさせていただけました。

Cons:

冬に毛布など追加できるのでしょうか？
乾燥が得意でなく、暖房を切って就寝すると、掛け布団だけでは少し寒かったので、2重にかけて寝ました。ただ、普通に過ごすには暖房もあたたかく、全く不便なかったです。
