So I booked this hotel for 3 nights stop over in Casablanca an at first I was bit worried how it will be as didn't find any latest reviews on here. However I took the chance an book my family in and well it all worked out fine and I didn't get disappointed with this choice. we arrive late at this evening with kids and hotel reception staff were helpful (Mohammed an the lay who spoke goo English) and met our needs to give us a room with 4 beds which was done within 5 mins on arrival. My kids wanted fried eg for breakfast which was not in buffet setup but lady in restaurant got it done for us every morning without asking. The people are so nice and will do anything to help you out. Everytime we needed directions, they gave us the clear information and how to deal with taxi drivers. Location of the hotel is not bad as its in the town an you can expect pretty busy but it was fine for us. I had kids even then we walked around a lot to find different places to eat or take a taxi to Morrcoon Mall or Mohammed Mosque which is to be seen for sure. There is not much else to do in Casablanca so couple of days is more then enough. We visited during Covid19 issues but made it to Agadir with no issues. Much appreciate the hotel team for being very kind to us and for being extra friendly to my kids and giving us warm welcome. Thanks you.
Hotel muy básico, pero que cubre con las necesidades. Está cerca de las oficinas de mi distribuidor, y por eso lo cojo. Todo bien pero me parece un poco caro para el servicio que ofrece.
The Rania Belmadina Hotel is a business hotel in the centre of Casablanca. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good bathroom. Internet connection is good and the breakfast buffet pleasant. The hotel was able to arrange storage of luggage during an extended trip in Morocco.
OK so its not a 5 start hotel so there are drawbacks but the price was good
Aircon almost non-existent but staff amazing
Air conditioning did not work and had to change room, one staff on duty at night was very helpful whilst the receptionist was rude when I tried to complain that the hotel pickup service did not come; the receptionist said it was my fault to have made the driver wait when it was due to the flight being delayed. The wifi was slow and breakfast was just ok.
A good location. A clean hotel. It is not luxurious but the staff is friendly especially Samira at the reception and Amina in the restaurant. They are very cooperative. The staff try their best and that is great?
Travelled on business and stayed there 3 nights. Just off the N1 near Maaarif. Not a great hotel. Chosen by my host so had to live with it. Breakfast....well the less said about this the better......I mean really poor...was eating nearby cafe.......internet....lets not even start on this.....room......ok average.
Very poor for the standards I now expect in Morocco for a 3 * place.
Never go there again.
Had to stay here for a night before my tour of morocco started. They have wifi on all floors which I was surprised. Staff seem friendly. It is located near parc de libe arab but there is not much on foot around it, a few cafes and a small grocery outlet. But you can pretty much access most of city by petit taxi on the cheap. The room I had an average bed, tv with some English channels, air conditioning there, bathroom was average again. Breakfast was not really good, cold bread, rancid coffee, had to pay for egg omelette with cheese to make up for quality. Again only a place to rest head for 1 night and nothing more. Cleaning staff were eager to get me out before I was picked up for my tour though even though front desk said I could stay in room till they came at 12pm.
There are many places we could have stayed at for our trip into Casablanca this year. We decided to stay entrap at Hotel Rania - WHAT A MISTAKE! I'm so happy to be checking out and never coming back to this place ever again. It was a joke of a hotel with gauging prices for the quality. They claim to be international and have 3 stars - when in reality they barely have any staff that know a lick of English nor do they have the amenities of even a one star hotel. The staff is so rude and inattentive - with the exception of one of the men (concierge) was somewhat helpful. The night staff couldn't even understand that we were checking back in after we went for a overnight trip and left all of our luggage at the front desk. The rooms are less than standard, the service is below anything I've experienced - even for Morocco (which lacks in customer service.)
In realty the price we paid for the two nights for a top room which was better, was less than the price for night in another room which was horrible!! 750 dirham for one night in a terrible too - I ca't wrap my mind around that. When we arrived in the room last night there were no lights!! Only one small towel for two people! When we asked for a towel in the morning the front desk staff just ignored us for 15 minutes before someone gave us a towel. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the serving/kitchen staff was very rude and inattentive. The front desk girls were awful and rude - please do not stay in this heel unless you expect the worse and want to pay for a whole lot of nothing!! Tonight we stay somewhere else. I hope that the hotel will read this at least improve on their social skills and customer service - the only way I would ever change this review is if they publicly apologized for the lack of service and rude behavior to paying international customers.
