Very Disappointing Stay – Repeated Service & Technical Failures .
I am extremely disappointed with our stay at Royal Seginus. For a hotel of this category, the level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable.
Throughout our stay in Room, we experienced a continuous series of frustrating issues:
1. Safe Box Issues: The room safe malfunctioned multiple times, locking our money and essentials inside. Getting maintenance to unlock it took far too long, causing major stress and inconvenience when we urgently needed our belongings.
2. Housekeeping & Power: Housekeeping removed our key card from the slot, leaving the room without power. To make matters worse, the replacement card provided by reception didn't work either.
3. No Hot Water: We returned late at night with our 1-year-old child to take a shower, only to find there was no hot water at all, forcing us to give our child a cold shower late at night.
Overall, the poor communication, lack of urgency from staff, and recurring technical failures ruined our experience. I would not recommend this hotel until management seriously improves its maintenance standards and guest service.

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Royal Seginus. Dieses Mal sind wir mit Familie und Freunden angereist – insgesamt **12 Personen**. Da wir das Hotel bereits kannten und erneut empfohlen hatten, war es mir am Ende wirklich peinlich, dass **alle 12 Personen enttäuscht waren und sich beschwert haben**.
Dreckige Tische, geschmackloses Massenessen, teilweise kaltes Fleisch und schlechter Service. Am Pool kaum Kellner und teilweise **20–25 Minuten Wartezeit für ein einziges Getränk**.
Besonders schlimm: Offensichtlich stark betrunkene Gäste bekamen weiterhin doppelte alkoholische Getränke. Die Situation wurde so unangenehm, dass unsere Kinder Angst bekamen und wir uns zurückziehen mussten.
Wir haben allein für unseren Familienurlaub rund **eine halbe Million türkische Lira** bezahlt. Bei diesem Preis ist diese Leistung nicht akzeptabel.
**Ich habe das Hotel empfohlen und mich am Ende vor unseren Gästen dafür geschämt. Zweiter Besuch – definitiv der letzte.**

The cleanliness was also below expectations. Compared with other 5-star hotels and resorts we have experienced in Antalya, this hotel does not deserve more than 3.5/5 in my opinion. The price is high, but the overall experience and value are not there.

### Sehr enttäuschend – unser zweiter Aufenthalt
Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Royal Seginus und leider eine große Enttäuschung. Die Tische im Außenbereich waren häufig sehr dreckig. Das Essen wirkte wie reine Massenabfertigung: wenig Geschmack und teilweise sogar kaltes Fleisch.
Am Pool war der Service besonders schlecht. Teilweise gab es keine Kellner und für ein Getränk mussten wir an der Bar mehrfach 20–25 Minuten anstehen. Vier Tage lang lief außerdem die Musik am Pool ständig mit Unterbrechungen.
Auch der Service an den Tischen war enttäuschend. An einem Tisch, an dem nur unsere Kinder saßen, wurden sie praktisch nicht bedient. Kellner nahmen Bestellungen auf und verschwanden danach teilweise einfach.
Besonders negativ fanden wir den Umgang mit stark alkoholisierten Gästen. Obwohl deutlich erkennbar war, dass manche Gäste bereits stark betrunken waren, bekamen sie weiterhin doppelte alkoholische Getränke. Die Situation wurde so unangenehm, dass unsere Kinder Angst bekamen und wir uns auf unser Zimmer zurückziehen mussten.
Für 10 Tage Familienurlaub haben wir rund eine halbe Million türkische Lira bezahlt. Für diesen Preis sind Sauberkeit, Essensqualität und Service absolut enttäuschend. Wir bereuen es sehr, so viel Geld für diesen Aufenthalt bezahlt zu haben. Nach unserem zweiten Besuch werden wir nicht wiederkommen.
Ahmet at the reception was excellent! A very sweet and jolly fellow who gave us a free upgrade to a pool view room. Recommend to find Ahmet while checking in. 10/10

По приезду стояли ждали пока персонал договорит на рецепции, у них был бурный диалог, потом нас не могли заселить, через 30 минут ожидания я подошла на рецепцию узнать решилось что-то или нет, в ответ получила агрессивный ответ и плюс ко всему этому начали махать руками прям в лицо, помог нам в итоге мальчик с отдела багажа, вроде начальник отдела, который говорит по русски и учился в Одессе. Замечательный человек 👍 потом мы не могли добиться уборки 4 дня в номере, звонили по телефону , просили уборку, вместо этого два раза получили бумажку что не можем убраться включена кнопка не беспокоить, мы 10 раз проверяли что б эта кнопка не горела и даже фотографировали эту бумажку рядом с кнопкой где горела УБОРКА. На 4 человека было только 3 кровати и диван, на котором не было постельного, звонили 7 раз, 7 раз что б принесли постельное, в итоге на следующий день получили только простынь 👍
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Antalya, and we would definitely stay here

The hotel was phenomenal, the rooms were incredible, food was fantastic.
The rude staff at waterpark when my daughter didn't have a grey bank, went to guest relations to get it and she made me write out the whole indemnity form. Its 2026, photocopy the forms so parents can sign them.

Essen massenverarbeitung ohne geschmack, Fleisch kalt Essen müssen. Zimmer Meerblick jedoch kleiner spalt zum meer. Seither wird meine Tel. als Spam genutzt erhalte anrufe aus aller Welt auf einmal unglaublich
