部屋についてはシャワーヘッドのカビが気になった。
冷蔵庫に無料のペットボトルの水が入ってますと書いてたけど1本も入っていなかった。
ドライヤー、アイロン、コテなどがちゃんとしたメーカーの物がありとても良かった！
アイロンは接触不良で使えなかったけど…

Pros:

チェックイン前に駐車場を利用出来たのと荷物を預ける事が出来たのでとても助かりました。チェックアウトも12時なのでゆっくりできました。

Pros:

ラブホ街にあるためかとても静かな環境にあります。近くに大手チェーンホテルもあり不思議な立地環境です。清掃、備品、設備、アメニティに不足はありません。テレビは大型サイズで最高です。朝食会場が狭く事前に時間帯の予約が必要なことはやや不便ですが、料金を考えると全体的にコスパは最高です。

Pros:

Staff didn't speak english at all. Communication was unnecessarily complicated. Everything still worked out fine though, we just wished that it was easier.
Everything else was either good or great, also relatively easy accessible and a good starting point for one day trips from Osaka to Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima or Nagoya.

Pros:

あまり受付にスタッフがいなく、チェックアウト時は鍵を入れるだけだった。急ぎの時はよいかもしれないが、なんか挨拶もないので味気なく、支払いが済んでたのかも不安になった。

部屋の備え付けの携帯充電器を使用したら煙が出てびっくりした。

Where are the staff?
Pros:

I'm not sure if there are many staff at this hotel. We only seen a person at the front desk once when we first checked in. We stayed three nights and never saw any housekeeping staff. I placed a do not disturb sign but we weren’t given clean towels.

外観、内装とも綺麗です。立地がラブホ街の中にあるので気になる方はやめた方が良いですが、この立地からすれば結構安いと思います。無料駐車場のあるホテルで絞り込んで選びましたが、当日フロントに駐車場の位置を聞くと、「向かいのラブホテルの駐車場に。」と言うことで確かに無料で近くの駐車場でしたが、これには少し驚きました。朝食もついていましたが、ブッフェ形式で思っていたより品数も多く良かったです。
ドライヤーがReFaのもので、初めて使いましたが、セットのしやすい乾き方なのか、髪の感じが良かったです。アメニティーも不足なく揃っていました。
十三の駅前にあるので、飲食には困らない立地で、電車へのアクセスもいいです。ただ、ホテル街の中にあるだけで・・・。
総合的には満足いくホテルでした。
