Todo muy bien, la habitación excelente y la ubicación.
Very old building and equipment. But Internet access. The breakfast was the most bad than i saw. U friendly staff. The reception only few hours. All the foto are fotoshot. Far from central. No soap, shampo and towers in the room. I ask and bring me soap and 1 tower only
No volveria. El baño no funcionaba bien. Te metias a bañar y el agua se salia hasta la recamara. Lo unico bueno fue la alberca.
Excelente actitud y el lugar esta muy bien para el precio. Lo recomiendo mucho
There was a flood in my hotel they did not do anything about it my clothes was wet the pool was filled with dirty water television was not working air conditioning was not working they changed us to another room we had the same situation going on I decided to call Expidia that same night I emailed them some pictures and proof that the pictures Expidia has online for this hotel and information was not the reality I saw when I got there it was terrible do not waste your money going to the coconut hotel boutique It was the worst experience in Mexico service was horrible !!!!!! Maintenance was horrible everything about this hotel was horrible !!!!
Service pourri sur tout. Aucun retour de réponse aux questions
The hotel was very hard to find.
The bedroom was basic but for one night you can’t complain especially for the price.
However the bathroom is we’re it really let you down.
The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no running water and it was very dated.
Reception staff was friendly enough and the free WiFi was average.
Overall for the price it’s not all bad but you couldn’t stay for longer than a night until they fix their shower and toilet issues.
TV Channel package for locals. Only stations were CW (Awful) BYU TV (Awful) and 3 Fox Sports (College Only Repeats). Water problems 6 out of 27 days. Wi-fi problems but rectified prior to check out. Good quite location.
But overall for the price you cannot complain! Can expect much
Es un hotel de paso no para permanecer en él desde mi punto de vista, su estilo es rústico, esta cerca de la 5ta avenida, tiene una pequeña alberca como de 3 x 3 , para el precio esta super bien, cumple con lo básico
I was pleasently surprised at how beautiful this place was for how cheap the room was. The staff were so helpful, the area was within walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, 5th ave, the Cozumel ferry...it was perfect
I loved this place! It was beachy, had a pool, friendly staff, and very clean.
Great little hotel. Recently renovated with a small pool. The kitchen was great, and a 10 min. walk to 5th Ave. Very clean.
DO NOT STAY!!!!!! the lady who runs the hotel is a total scam artist!!! i couldn't read all reviews until now and i wish i did! because i would never have stayed. she tried the same thing with me about asking for extra money at check in, then claimed i owed $50 in damages for broken plates.. i recorded the room on my phone as proof that there was no damages and then she came to demand money and i have her on camera saying i broke them and then changing her story saying the damages were for towels left on the floor... she was a total nightmare from the second we got there. was always trying to find a way to make us pay $50 cash. she lashed out at my boyfriend and almost broke his phone because we wouldn't pay her cash. we were also told it was pet friendly and said online it was pets stay free then also tried to charge $20 a day for 6 days on top of the booking when i had proof if was free. my dog is a service dog and she said he needed to be in a cage or couldn't stay but who travels with a cage for service dogs?!? the place smelt like mold and mildew. paper thin walls. most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever. this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm filing an official complaint as she harassed my boyfriend and i so badly that we had to leave half way through our stay. she also let her self in our room while we weren't there and would knock on our door every day to ask for money for something else. DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE!!!!
All the furniture was made from used pallets and the bed that has no boxspring was very hard. It was clean and well maintained but very basic no frills accommodation.
Was excellent
I went to the hotel knowing the price on hotels.com. The lady at reception asked for double the amount to stay. I said i would just book online then and asked to use the Wi-Fi. She said she didn't know the password, so i said I'd take my bags and go across the street. Then she said she would give me the password. I booked and paid online. She said I did not pay and had to give her an extra $50. I immediately got on the phone with hotels.com, as soon as I did then she said it's ok, it's ok.. Then she locked our luggage in the office! What else.. Bathroom smelled like sewage, killed a giant cockroach, kitchenette with no utensils or dishes lol.. Just don't stay here if you have another option. My vrbo got denied last minute so I was stuck with no options. I managed for a night and left. Sketchy central.
Don't go here - Maybe next year but right now it is a noisy and dusty place. On top of hearing hammer-drills being misused at 8am, you will also hear the staff yelling at each other. My room had a layer of plaster dust everywhere, leaving marks on my bags and clothes. Just Don't Go...
