Accueil parfait!
Pros:

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons été reçu admirablement bien pour un jeune homme (je n'ai pas son nom, mais je le remercie pour sa sympathie et son sourire).
La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Chambre petite pour 3 et manque de rangement si vous y restez plusieurs jours, ce qui a été notre cas.
Petit déjeuner simple.

Excellent receptionist at Ibis Centre
Pros:

I want to praise the receptionist at the other Ibis Centre Carcassonne who sorted out a real mess of bookings with me and my 2 friends and the staff at this Ibis Centre for accommodating us all close together at short notice. Please ensure the praise is passed on.
