Cons:

Non posso valutare la struttura in quanto non vi ho soggiornato, per causa loro, posso però dire che, a prenotazione confermata su booking, non si può esser contattati a due ore dal mio arrivo,da un filippino, per dirmi che la camera non è più disponibile e che,in alternativa, potevan darmi 2 camere separate ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini). Ovviamente ho declinato l'offerta pretendendo la cancellazione gratuita, che naturalmente hanno accettato senza alcun problema.
N.B: Chianciano terme sta vivendo una fase di declino terribile.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare sia la Val d'Orcia che la Val di Chiana, molto economico, buona colazione.
Vicinissimo alle piscine termali.

Il parcheggio in pendenza con pochi posti rispetto alle camere, I muri sono sottilissimi e si sente tutto. La camera non era particolarmente pulita, il letto abbastanza scomodo. La colazione solo cose preconfezionate.

Pros:

Nota positiva per il receptionist, che si è dimostrato disponibile e mi ha assistito nelle manovre di parcheggio, vista la scarsità di spazio.

Cons:

La strada per raggiungere l’hotel è piuttosto ripida e il parcheggio risulta piccolo. Le docce non erano molto pulite, con presenza evidente di calcare. In generale, le camere potrebbero essere curate meglio.

Suggerisco inoltre di prevedere un angolo colazione con prodotti senza lattosio e/o vegani. Nel 2026 dovrebbe essere un servizio ormai standard, senza doverlo richiedere espressamente. Così come sono disponibili prodotti senza glutine, sarebbe apprezzabile trovare anche una selezione di prodotti senza lattosio, evitando agli ospiti di dover portare cibo da casa pur pagando la colazione in hotel.

Disponibilità dello staff. Buona colazione e rapporto qualità prezzo per il periodo. Buona pulizia.

Struttura ristrutturata ma comunque datata. Nella stanza era difficile muoversi. Nessuna insonorizzazione.

Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente. La posizione è ottima. Le camere sono nuove con un bel design, bagno spazioso e letti comodi. Abbiamo chiesto La culla per la bambina e hanno subito accolto la nostra richiesta. La colazione varia e molto buono. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto cordiale.

Cons:

Parcheggio un pochino stretto.
