Sehr nettes Personal, wir durften sogar etwas früher einchecken. Zimmer hatten eine Klimaanlage und waren für den Preis gut. Super Lage.

Das Frühstück war besser als bei vielen anderen Hotels in dieser oder einer etwas höheren Preislage. Es gab sogar warme Burek, die waren sehr lecker.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 2 km walk from the city centre. It is also well connected by public transport, with a bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel and tickets costing around €0.50 per ride.

There were both positive and negative aspects during our stay. Our room had a nice view and, most importantly, was well soundproofed. This was particularly appreciated because the hotel is located at a large intersection between two busy roads. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a Smart TV. Air conditioning was also available and, fortunately, it was not blowing directly onto the bed, making it comfortable to use.

On the downside, the cleanliness was only average. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which was quite unpleasant at times. We also noticed a slightly stale smell throughout the hotel, and on some occasions there was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the common areas. The elevator was rather old and could use some updating.

The breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection of both sweet and savoury options, although unfortunately the coffee was almost undrinkable.

The staff were always kind and helpful, and the check-out time of 12:00 is very convenient. The hotel is also in a quiet residential area, and despite its location near a busy intersection, our room was very peaceful. We did not hear any noise from the common areas or from other rooms, which made it easy to rest at night.

Overall, this is a decent hotel for travellers who do not have particularly high expectations. However, considering the price, we felt that the value for money was not quite optimal for what the hotel offers. A few small improvements, particularly regarding maintenance, cleanliness and the general smell of the common areas, could make a significant difference.
